and that's the case, no? I have 292 out of 322 that I have received. isn't that less then 10% ? but the site is showing that I got blacklisted?

yes maybe in the future we can do much detailed one. We are coding something special for the community. We are non stop coding for 5 weeks developing more and more, and it's fun for us

this is something really2 need to check back. for my case the 4th airdrop that i didnt get it.
i got 2860 Onion.
i transfer ONLY 60 Onion from  my wallet. and thats not even 10%. but still being blacklisted. so i dont know how your 10% are being calculated.

so too all HODLeeerrrrr like me. its better never to transfer out any Onion from your airdrop wallet. instead get a mining device and start mining it into a different wallet.

Sorry, while telling that I used ALL ADDNODES, it implied that for sure I HAVE the conf file....

The conf files with tons of addnodes is NOT helping to get connections in my case apparently.

So, as another person was telling about to get a NEW peer.dat file, this was what I was asking for....

or other suggestion to finally get connections

Very strange. For me worked only with Deeponion.conf file. In what country you live?

I am in Mexico...

for other wallets, adding the conf file according to recommandations always gave immediate solution.

Definitivelly, there is something in that case.....

If you can browse over the internet with Tor browser you are not blocked and should also work DeepOnion wallet.

- I was NOT able to check about my windows firewall settings because it seems to have something not in place

But I did not want to use the link provided by the person from a weird site... and was asking
about this file from an official DeepOnion community page.

New infos about my issue to find connections to the network for a new wallet.

As in OP, I downloaded TOR browser in order to check if I can use it or not....

I have installed TOR browser SUCCESSFULLY and I am able to navigate with it.

So, the issue remains .... why I cannot get any connections, even with
the conf file and plenty of addnodes?

yep, I did check, all is fine... I downloaded the provided conf file and then added numerous extra addnodes

Can you reinstall a fresh windows on your PC? You need a windows with firewall working. If you want i can connect to your PC via Teamviewer to see what's wrong
