hi fellow onioners, its only today that i noticed one distinct adavantage of deeponion vs bitcoin: no transaction fees. am i right masters/dev?
There are transaction fees. They are usually 0.001 Onion, the highest I've payed is 0.003 Onion.

The grue lurks in the darkest places of the earth. Its favorite diet is adventurers, but its insatiable appetite is tempered by its fear of light. No grue has ever been seen by the light of day, and few have survived its fearsome jaws to tell the tale.

We set 0.001 fee to protect network from potential ddos, so it cost something to attacker. DeepOnion's growth is amazing I went out to work in the morning and came back at night to see bitcointalk, which has been added 20 pages Yes, I have never seen any community so lively. Only onion community we are on your service we will carry on to bring you comfort and luxury for especially those who want to support project expansion

Please make a good pool.
Please let me know if there is need for a community pool. I can build a MPOS pool within 24 hours, but will need to know if there is a big demand, or if the community is willing to share in the costs for the hosting.

Wow, I had to work this weekend and needed to wake up a couple of hours early each day just to keep up with the thread. The DeepOnoin community is realy growing in a nice direction. Did we get enough votes on livecoin to be listed there, I don not see the coin on the voting list any more?

In theory I like the new rule that from now on the posts must be of good quality to be valid, but in the practice this is introducing an element of arbitrarity - how to distinguish good quality from bad quality? Rules should be as objective as possible, once they get subjective you open the doors to criticism.

The main issue is that we're trying to build value within the Threads - I mean, we only need so many "Wow, look at the price" or "Can't wait for my free Onions" posts. I just finished reviewing a lot of accounts, and can attest to the utter garbage people post. Its the patterns. For example, Day before the drop, 10x posts are made, very low quality, and in most instances, those people aren't involved in the community at all. It isn't that we're going over each post with a fine tooth comb, it really is just about ensuring there's at least some quality in what is being posted. Heck, sometimes the posts are poor, but their activity is positive, and so that can balance it out. It's really the combo of poor posts + Zero activity in the community + old signatures that we're weeding out.

I agree that if the posts consist just in "Wow, look at the price" or "Can't wait for my free Onions" the level of information shared with the community is zero, and to treat it as such is wise. Plus if it's a combo of factors it makes even more sense. By the way, I have just looked at the price and I have said "wow". Now even more I can't wait for my free onions!

Frankly, this coin have big potential thats why even though I have not yet received anything from airdrop I bought some stash upon researching this. I could have easily sold when it x3 from my cost. But I learned the lesson that if I just hold my stash in Darkcoin when I mined the hell out of it in early 2014. I should have been retired by now.

I agree, it can be hard to validate the content of everyone's posts tho It is being done manually by a few of us. Again though, in a lot instances, its a combination of poor posts + low activity or improper implementation of the proper signature. The goal is not to penalize, but instead ensure the proper people receive it.

Mining question > I am mining ONION using CCminer 1.0 (alexis version) and I am getting only 13,4 Mh/s on a GTX 1070. I have seen people getting much higher hashrates. What am I missing?
