Sounds like just another symptom of an underlying financial problem.   Undecided

Well just called a lawyer and found out that I could file bankruptcy so this is going to be closed but BTW Do any of you know if I should buy a house first? The house will basicly be free? Lol

Don't know where you live, but in Canada your house would be listed as an asset and used to pay off your debtors.

BTW - not very cool asking for advice on how to scam the system in the same thread you are asking for people to trust you.

That doesn't read like a joke and I doubt it was a joke. Your a scammer I said it from day one, I knew it!

Pretty much this. He had two loan requests right out the gate. I'd advise anybody against loaning to this clown since it's pretty much a guarantee that you will not get your money back.

I don't think anyone would loan you this kind of money unless you gave them documentation about the car itself and your identification.
This is certainly a high amount and for the short reason you gave, that just isn't good enough.
I always ask for identification and any other documents which the lender could provide me with.
Also, stating your car has been talking away from you isn't a good reason, you need to provide more detail and offer documentation in a private message if someone is willing to do this.

But, it's already been stated this is sketchy and isn't in enough detail.

Well that's great news, sadly I can't do it, but I think some others may feel a bit 'safer' now, I wish you the best of luck.

So you want someone to lend you $1,000 and you will promptly declare bankruptcy?  It is illegal for you to leave any debts out of your bankruptcy filing, so you will have to list the $1,000 as a debt, and it will be promptly null and void.  You're basically asking for someone to give you $1,000 because you can't manage your finances.

The bitcoin loan will be paid back. IT will not be put under bankruptcy. I work and get 812 a month and rent is 695 a month so 50$ A month would be good to pay back

AFAIK you must list all assets and debts under bankruptcy.  What you are proposing is someone assist you with bankruptcy fraud.

Anybody who loans this guy money deserves the lesson they receive.  It will not be quickly forgotten.

Yes - they could be worth something and could be sold to pay off your creditors.  The bankruptcy trustee will decide if they are to be sold of if they have no value.  You are allowed to keep some basic items, like furniture, clothing, etc.

Basically when you file bankruptcy your net worth becomes zero.  No assets, no liabilities (except certain things like child support or taxes).  It's a fresh start.

See, that's your problem right there. You need to either start making more money or get a cheaper place to live, most financial advisers that I have heard say your rent or mortgage should never be more than about 35% of your income, having less than that is better.
