Although this market is live there but still order placed on both sides. Don't know when this market will be open there I hope dev will contact to other exchanges to make it list there.

Thanks for the info. I will take a look. I have never traded in etherdelta. Does it  require installing metamask plugin on your browser?After the parity hack, I am reluctant to try ether based exchanges.

ED is a great decentralized exchange! On its Github repo anyone can simply make a pull request (e.g. for adding TME).

How to list a token:
Any Ethereum-based token can be imported as a custom token and start trading on EtherDelta, without permission.
To appear on the list of official tokens, the token owner/creator should PM me with the following information:
a. Token address (code should be verified on Etherscan)
b. Official Web site (the token address should appear on the official Web site for verification)
c. Paragraph description of the token.

Do we need to send the 1 TME to the parent address so that it can create new one on child address? Or we can  wait for many months to send the first transaction so that we can earn many TME on our first batch of transaction?

You can create 10 batches of TME per address pair. A batch of TME is created by sending any nonzero amount from your child to your parent address.

Currently, if you send TME from your child to parent to trigger a batch, you will receive approximately 1256 coins. If you wait 10 years, you will receive about four times that much per batch (5000 coins per batch).

Therefore, if you wait 10 years from the contract deployment time and then create all of your batches, you will receive 50000 coins. If you created them all now, you'd get about a fourth of that.

In terms of the math, the coins created per batch is given by:

      375*t+1250 for t<10
      5000 for t>=10

where t is time since the contract deployment in years.

I am in the process of writing up some batch creation examples. They should be up within a day or two.

Is there a way to design a website that would check all address pairs for generation and keep a running up to date stats on number presently generated and sale price and such once TME is on an exchange?

According to the address list. There are 541 pages, each page has 7 pair of addresses, that would equal to 3787 pairs.
In 10 years, 3787 x 50000 = 189350000 coins. The actual number of coins should be less since some people mine early.  

Total number of pairs is 3859. So maximum amount of coins could be 192,950,000

Does that answer imply sending a PM to his Twitter? Unfortunately it appears that Twitter won't let the @timereum account PM people who do not follow it.

If you sent 10 batches of non-zero Eth from your child to your parent address, then you would get 12,500 tokens. If you wait 10 years you will get 50,000 coins if you sent 10 batches back to back. As previous stated, you are starting with 12,500 tokens, and gaining ~10.2 tokens per day that you DO NOT create the coins via sending Eth to your parents address from child address.

If that is your first trade on Etherdelta than you should follow the instructions which are given into help section. It's little complicated for first time user but after that you will be able use it like normal exchange.
