What do you mean retail cap and hard cap? I think my hard cap is your retail cap, right? 420k ETH hard cap is too large.

There will be 2 rounds, retail and institutional. The hard cap I referred to is for both rounds. So for the sake of simplicity, if you're not an institution, we can probably answer yes for your 2nd question, if I understood it well.

Hi, I just passed the kyc on the website and it tells me I can already purchase the token? I thought the public tokensale starts on 29th

TSE will start on the 28th, but presale is ongoing now, thus why it says that - you can indeed contribute now for presale.

I am interest in this project. Is there any mechanism to help smaller investors like myself to have an equal chance to get in the token sale? Any DDOS protection, ETH network congestion, phishing, scams prevention, etc.?

The Token Sale Event will allow for smaller minimum contributions. Regarding protection, funds are escrowed.

As I must say this is a highly ambicious project and acknowledge that BANKEX got a strong technical ability, I do have some question for you.

1. There're already banks and Super Giant Companies who already got quite a lot of clients and local regulators on board developing and adapting BaaS to ABS which also could meet the needs to bring more liquidity out of certain assets. What is BANKEX's core advantage going against these competitors?

2. How do I profit from holding BKX Token? I understand BANKEX is a protocal service running on PoA, does it mean that BKX should stands for the value of total assets running on BANKEX protocal or BKX stands for the needs to use BANKEX protocal service only?

3. What is BANKEX's bussiness plan to go on such a big market? So far as I can understand, this is a strongly bussiness driven project rather than tech driven, though I'm surely confident you guys got amazing technical ability.

BANKEX isn't comparing itself to its competitors. What I can say is that the strong points of BANKEX are in this thread's first post and Whitepaper. After reading those, you can see all that BANKEX brings to the table.

BKX tokens are utility tokens. They'll be used to access the BANKEX platform and services and their value lies in that.

Business plan will be presented in a clear and understandable way in near future.

The team is busy, in active development and GitHub is updated. The team has public and private repos on GitHub and work is done on both. Currently the team has been focusing on private repos and will shortly be back to public ones, so no delay in developments.

That is awesome! I really need to follow this project. Seems like it will have an incredible ICO.

I'm looking forward to any project that will start to take market share from banks -- or more likely add to their existing pipeline. If there is a way to reduce money transfer fees, time or hassle I'm going to watch it.

I want to see a bit more of the roadmap done before I'm a buyer, but this one is one my main watch list to look at in 6 months.

If I were you I wouldn't go completely nuts about the $120K from Microsoft Azure. Microsoft is funding hundreds of projects and that is pocket change for them. Not saying it is bad, but it doesn't really mean that much at this point in time.
