In order to insure the fork goes smoothly we encourage all community members to contribute hashpower (see #mining-discussion , https://blog.nycoin.community/mining-help/ as well as https://www.miningrigrentals.com/rigs/scrypt )

The value in doing so is 3-fold:
1) We ensure the fork is the longest chain when the time comes.
2) We keep a larger portion of NYC from being dumped on the exchanges.
3) We increase the cost for multi-pools by preventing the difficulty from fluctuating dramatically.

Binance will start Round 7 of the “Community Coin Vote”. Based on feedback received from the previous Community Votes, we have modified the format of this upcoming vote. The votes cast by users will be multiplied by a Final Multiplier based on the amount of BNB held in the users’ account, up to a maximum of 500x.
