When and where are we suppose to vote on the capping of the coin and the minimizing of the block reward to 1,000? I'd like to see it capped at 140 Billion and reducing the block reward to 500, makes all the current coins more valuable.

to answer your qestion that you wrote in russian.  no one can give a grantee that nyc will go up at all
but some of us are trying to make it happen,  there was the people who went to the parade in new york
also the meetings that have being going on in nyc, and also the office that is going to be opening in nyc
in the next couple of months,  and lets not forget the atms that are soon coming,  as i am not the person
who is organizing this, i can not give an eta.  and last but least there is new exchange that is going to be
happening soon as well.  these are the things that will raise the price of new york coin.  the more people
who help out and get involved the better,  and soon the price will go up.  so if you want to see price go
up and coin get somewhere,  then help out a litte

Can someone help me I've downloaded the nyc wallet from the website for mac, It says out of sync since yesterday when I downloaded it, I sent some coins to the address in the wallet and nothing is showing, is there something im missing?? this is what it shows

For those who have sync problems with NYC wallet, did you guys really follow the instruction and correctly create  the newyorkc.conf and copy to the right folder before you run the wallet again??!! 

Normally, it needs 1.5 to 3 days to get the wallet synced if you run it for the first time or haven't done it for long time.  Just double check anything before you post here. Good luck.
