you should never let anyone know how many coins you have, as you will find yourself getting lots of new friends that you dont
need.  and yes there is a possibility that you might get rich,  it depends on what country you come from and if you exchange
it for cash, and how much tax if any you might have to pay.  i dont know of any exchanges that will cash out more then 1 btc.

I wondered about paying taxes. Is there an official form to download (like on etrade)? Or do "we" just fess up to any profits and do the math ourselves?

No they don't have any white paper yet..   other shitcoin have gone so high I mean NYCoin is way way better then those shitcoin.  I have tested many coin. but nycoin is the fastest I ever seen.. plus with atm to buy and sell for bTC  give real value..
