What about OneCoin?
Is this a real cripto or a scam?
Opinions are divided..... Undecided

I only looked at that once and can't remember what it was exactly. Didn't the developers have an infinite supply or something crazy. My understanding was it wasn't really a crypto at all. Also, not listed currently on CMC which i'm using as the basis for all decisions.

http://cryptometer.org/ just know this site for a long time, looks different to this one ?

Cool site, but seems incomplete. Also, lots of coins that are defunct.

The purpose of this list is a quick guide if you want to buy old coins. What is still for sale out there and when did it launch. Amazing that no such list exists anywhere already. Plenty of old lists from 2014 though that are out of date and not maintained. I figure by now though, the list will be easier to maintain as most things have died off.

This is a great information that will form an historical bitcoin book.  I will also want most of this coin that have been dump to be revive back instead of bringing out uncountable coins everyday.

Thank you for the list. Not much survivors that are currently listed on the top 100, because of  all the ICO inflated marketcaps tokens + Bitcoin clonewars.

a very great list, but to do it "historical" you could add the full coin name, and the initialising dev, and put links to the ANN

I'll send a bounty of $20 equivalent in crypto for additions/corrections to 2013 and earlier listings. Please send proof link for additions and corrections.

2014 I'm not completing yet, but happy to add your coin if you send me the link.

Coin must still be traded today and listed on coinmarketcap.com. Name changes and planned swaps are included.

Original post:

Does anyone know if this exists?

If not, thinking of compiling a list like this myself. Only looking at coins over 3-4 years old. By now a lot of the coins of that era have disappeared, would be helpful to quickly see of the ones that remain which are oldest.

The Wiki list of cryptos is useless and misses tons of coins. Always has been useless, I don't know why...

fantastic thread but may do way better on the alt coin section... .but i love this idea

also

I don't want 20bucks because the list is of great use to us all.

However I am sure quark can not be correct i was not here on that date but I mined quark on inception.

I am pretty sure chn if that is china coin is a bit too early too since I mined that on launch too.

This is an extraordinary data that will frame a recorded bitcoin book. I will likewise need the vast majority of this coin have been dump to be resuscitate back as opposed to bringing out uncountable coins ordinary.

Hello, I found a coin in 2014 which you do not have. I suggest you add it to the list. It's called Machinecoin (MAC).
However, it is a pity that you do not pay bounty for 2014  Grin

Now, it is only the time and market tested that is the true gold. I've heard that the types of coins on the market have reached more than 1200 kinds. If you don't have some investment experience, you'd better buy bitcoin. It should be safe.

Agreed - too many people want something for nothing in this Forum.  Angry
