this adds a lot of new possibilities for both Ethereum and Waves...More ways for people to cash in or out of fiat, and have a DEX to trade vs other pairings for only .003 wave fee. This is pretty sweet, especially once Wave's DEX gets the new DEX GUI in a month or so Smiley

I don't think so that ethereum can be beaten by waves. It would be tough to be Ethereum it's same like bitcoins no one can beat these coins yet.Rising of waves is temporary rise but investing in waves could be profitable.I think many people trust ethereum unlike waves.Ethereum has potential to grow more and in future it could cost a lot,it's the best coin after bitcoins.

waves and ethereum both have their respective advantages and disadvantages. in which case the user whether to use waves or ethereum is the policy of each person.
for my own has both wallet is a thing to boast because following every project would require wallet eth or waves.

Ethereum will not beaten by waves, due to good reputation of ethereum in the market. Moreover waves price compared to ethereum had big difference. It's a dream come true if the waves beat ethereum.

Please enlighten me but if Waves is trying to be the decentralized exchange why are they building a DEX only by themselves? Instead of letting everyone build different DEX powered by Waves blockchain

.Waves is just the opposite to ETH probably. What they do is develop Bitcoin scripting, do everything using contracts, it’s very fundamental but makes certain things very complicated. Waves took another road, where things are simpler, very easy to add all functionality you need using plug-ins, don’t have to code complicated contracts. Also waves focus is on mass adoption, specifically target two markets : fiat transfers on blockchain and crowdfunding on blockchain. They are very ripe for disruption, and waves will be offering a product for a very general audience, basically the main end-user client is just a plugin you can install from Chrome or FF store.
  So in more simple term;

Ethereum is a smart contract platform which allows other project to run on it, waves is a gateway for investors who wants to enter the crypto space. I can't really tell which one is best, both have good prospect.

No way, waves can not beat Ethereum. Let's be clear, waves is the great project with an amazing team and soon it will rise even more, but the statement that waves will beat Ethereum is just wrong.

Does any one thinks that Ethereum can survive with the rising of Waves? I've heard that "Waves will be the next Ethereum"

I guessed you've seen it in a website or something, because I think I also encountered such words like you said. But for me, Ethereum would still survives although waves rised up. And I don't believe on that fact, saying waves will be the next ethereum, although they both have my thumbs up, I think waves is still more way far than ethereum.

Everyone has their respective opinions sir, some people like Etherium and some like waves, and I tend to like Etherium because of its easy use. and for people who like to waves maybe because in the wallet there is a direct trading system

Ethereum is the best altcoin and better than waves with many features as always be.
Waves also has a future and better place than many other altcoins in cryptocurrency.

I am loving these two coins. It gave me a good profit. But in my own opinion, other than bitcoin, no one can surpass Ethereum soon. This two coins are actually a good project and they are both making a boom in market cap. There are good features on Eth that waves doesn't have but nevertheless, i still love them both.

That's agreeable, but looking the current market situation as well in the wide spreading Eth has gained a larger support compared to the waves. Another important factor that makes Eth more potential is the large number of ICO programs running based on the ethereum Blockchain platform.

Each of these coins are very amazing in terms of their growth and they have their own difference in terms of their features. But for me ill choose etherium over waves in terms of reliability and and reputation. Anyways I'm an open minded trader, I have waves on my pockets because it is showing its potential due to its performance in just a short period of time.

Ethereum is always going to be better than Waves. It was first of its kind. It was heavily adopted by crypto community since 2015 as I remember correctly. Waves is just a new guy at the school right now.

Does any one thinks that Ethereum can survive with the rising of Waves? I've heard that "Waves will be the next Ethereum"

When we say Waves will be next Ethereum, it automatically make ETH superior than WAVES. Waves will always be considered number 2.
I still believe ethereum platform is much more powerful than waves one to create ICOs. Also due to large adoption of eth already it becomes easy to conduct crowdfunding.
For me Ether chain is still better than DEX from Waves.
