Waves another advantage is that it is really easy to use for non-technological persons.

Does someone know the highest record of ICO on Waves?

Does any one thinks that Ethereum can survive with the rising of Waves? I've heard that "Waves will be the next Ethereum"
waves vs ethereum? I think the comparison between these two coins is very different, especially for clarity and long hours investors definitely prefer ethereum, but waves also do not want to lose
What is the reason of comparing this two altcoin? We all see the big difference of this two altcoin, they knows that ethereum is more famous compare to waves. Moreover regarding price of this two altcoins we all know that ethereum is more expensive compare to waves.

The main difference is that the ethereum focuses only as a coin for smart contracting services, while the waves is more focused on the exchanges market, if we compare them, we can compare beetween bitcoin with polo/bittrex market. Both of these coins are very potential but ethereum is wider and superior in distribution.

Seems that ethereum is unbeatable by waves. It has a great place now and good price. It will increase day by day. Waves are still unknown to maximum people who work in online. I think there is no chance for waves to beat ethereum.

For monetha bounty program i tried etherium wallet. Orginal vallef of etheriun is 120 gb. Crap. Than i opened myetherwallet adress. Anorher crap. And i saw a coin with 300 dolar valie has no usefull vallet. And another crap.

At 2018 when waves start smart contacts and lota of new things there will be a real compatition between waves and ether that waves will deffently win.

I've been watching several auditions of Sasha, I see how they are developing. I think only barrier is the market cap - when it will rise, ICOs will enter this network.

I think Waves will be more attractive for non-technological persons, just pure business like small and medium enterprises. As far as I understand, Sasha wants to go the legit way, while ETH bases in hype. Paradox of this situation is that MOST OF the people acknowledge the waves as "scam generator" because there are no barriers for the token creation. But on ETH market is much bigger, yes, with harder entry barriers, but scam reaching up to 15-20M USD. I think waves is the future, because they are creating mechanism for the ordinary people, as business basis.

I wouldn't say so, Ethereum is one of the most promising cryptocurrencies, comparing to Waves it is more stable, ETH has more peculiar features and, as far as I know smart contracts aren't implemented into Waves. On the other hand, Waves price in June 2016 was $ 0.7 per unit, and now it is about $4 per unit, and this increment sounds quite promising, but I would still settle for BTC, LTC and ETC.

If ETH can keep from releasing code with vulnerabilities as they roll out new features, they can keep their lead. But if not they will fall. Investors are getting tired of hearing about multi-million dollar hacks.

They are two completely different things. ETH offers smart contracts, WAVES does not. I have heard that WAVES are working on it, but until it happens there is really no comparison.

BTC, LTC, ETC already become popular and the price is also good. We want to invest in good altcoins for less price then now waves is the best promising project. i went through this project i think it will become one of the best coins in future. I already invested on this coin, and i want to buy some more coins. next time when i get money will buy coins and keep for long time.

To my opinion it is always good to have a diversity to avoid dominance/monopole of a system. If waves and ethereum share some similiraties. That is good. Competition will drive the developers of both platforms to continuously and quickly improve the platform of their choice ! All good for end users. Don't you think ?

Waves is coming that's fact no one can deny. It will be much more valuable in a year or so but that doesn't take anything from Ethereum atleast for a while. Eth is a very powerful coin with tons of use so it will always have a decent place. All in all it's hard to say which will be more popular in 5 years but i assume it will be a close race.

Both the altcoins were with good potential to have a lead role in the entire digital currency network. Bitcoin always heads the community, and in the consecutive place waves and Eth stays. Right now other than bitcoin cash majority of the altcoins which are popular among the users were low in value.

Does any one thinks that Ethereum can survive with the rising of Waves? I've heard that "Waves will be the next Ethereum"

Right now. ETH is strong. Not the most valuable but I would say definitely the strongest. Waves is an up and comer for sure and their plan moving forward is impressive. I had the pleasure of catching the Q & A with Waves' CMO, Alexandra. They have a lot of options planned for the future that will be available through their platform. Dex is just the beginning. She basically confirmed the Waves smart contract would be released in 2018. The best is yet to be revealed though. Conversely, Ethereum's strength lies in its simplicity. ETH at its core is a foundation to be built on in infinite ways. With Vitalek at the helm, Ethereum will remain the strongest blockchain and the most secure. I also just watched his Spot at Disrupt SF and it was great. I love hearing this kid explain things. There is no lying or doubt or misdirection or fancy planned out marketing strategies with him. He shows up to these huge events with bedhead and an awesome rainbow unicorn shirt on because he's not there to impress, he's there to talk about Ethereum. That's my opinion. Take it how you want it.

i mine you read is waves wil be the next ethereum?
I think waves are still number three after bitcoin if the platform is still stable as it is now,
it is quite difficult to pursue ethereum

Number 3? are you sure waves is at 19 spot on marketcap and that wasn't even close to ethereum, and I don't know if waves can really defeat the ethereum since this coin is secondly been holded by bitcoin holders and many coin devs are using its network so its impossible that waves can taken out the spot of Ethereum.

Ethereum is currently the platform hosting most the ICOs and can show a good amount of growth in coming years. But waves is the platform which is assumed to host ICOs in future so ethereum is sure to grow but waves is expected to grow.

of course. wave is only a temp solution. Ether is so much more powerfull than wave. The applications that can be built on ether vastly outperforms those on wave.
