For me as of the moment you can do both since this you can do it part time. You can still do your job. Unles if your are so much busy. But i think this bitcoin can do it in our free time.

You can earn bitcoin on your free time even if you are busy there will always be a time for a thing you really wanted to do.  I have a fulltime job and it is really something that you cannot have some good time because of paper works.  But I just give a one to two hour per day the earning thing with bitcoin.  I earned bitcoin the same amount as my salary.  So I really give it a time.

You should do both for 2 reasons:

1. Diversification - Those focusing everything they have on Bitcoin are at risk of losing the lot and wasting many years of their lives in the process. The risks associated with bitcoin right now are material and significant. Classic example of dont put all your eggs in 1 basket.
2. End Game - If bitcoin does become main stream like we all hope it will, then it will become embedded in everything we do. Being of of the few people at that point who have experience in the 'real' world as well as the 'cyrpto' world will be a tremendous asset and set you up to be in a good spot for future earnings.

Hi, I was wondering if I should quit my job and focus more on bitcoins? Because I think it might get me even richer without a job?  Grin

The fact you asked a forum of strangers if it was wise (most likely seeking to validate the notion) would indicate that, no, you shouldn't quit your job.

Should your crypto earnings be sufficient enough to live comfortably off of then I would guess you wouldn't feel the need to ask and seek confirmation that you're doing the right thing.

I appreciate your idea.doing jod is like there is no freedom and sometimes sallary not enough compare to hard work.In that kind of situation, earning bitcoin is much more better. This has freedom, more proft as well.so sometimes, bitcoin is better than job.

it is a decision you have to answer yourself. but out there too many people are leaving their jobs and switching to bitcoin, and they are successful.  Grin

I left my job beginning of 2017. What I did was I have first tried to get a month off from work to be able to kind of try and see how it goes.

That month of break clearly showed me that I can actully earn more without any job.

So I quit the job after that. I am very happy I have done that. Now I am completely free, trading and travelling.

Wishing best for you.

While I can still do both simultaneously then I'll do it, after all to get bitcoin is not as easy as imagined and bitcoin price is very unstable and it makes our income uncertain. If I have a steady income from bitcoin then I'll also choose the bitcoin as the main job.

If I’m you, I will not do that. Having a stable job is still the best because you can have steady income from it. Even though bitcoin pays more it is still risky because the price fluctuates.  If you really want to try it then make it a sideline.

Focus on Job and you also can focus on BTC as your part-time

Bitcoin if virtual and job is a part of real life.
so, it is better to not only depends on virtual Bitcoin.

I believe that a anyone must not have a hard time choosing between a job and bitcoin. Because it is a very easy decision. Everyone must always remember that we still live in the outside the world of digital, so we need a job and bitcoin will serve as an extra income, a kind of online income. I guess it is much better to be earning both by bitcoin and to earn wage in a job.

I will do both job and bitcoin to earn more money and retire in my job as early as I can and do freelance work here in bitcointalk. I am still young so job for me will give me life lessons and experience.

I think, here it is necessary to take into account the level of income from the basis of work and the time spent on earnings on bitcoins.

Yes right , Regular Job or bitcoin job both are good and if you want to choose between the two then the only factor is which one pays more and which is more permanent. Considering these two factor ,  most of the bitcoins jobs lack the permanent factor and most people do not quit their day job , only because of this factor. (Even thought bitcoins Job pay more than regular job in few cases)

Wow, so over confidence. I dont aggree with your statement. You should not quit your job. First, i dont know, how old are you?, how much experience do you have?. For example, if you are beginner, i dont suggest to do it. So many risk. Why you need offline job? Yeah, to backup your economy and offline job with steady income has little risk. Make bitcoin as side job. Good luck!!!

Its depends on your experience. If you have good skills with bitcoin know the principle of bitcoins, knowledge about trading then you can earn a lot with bitcoin. But nobody's know when bitcoin crashed and you lose your all profit / money . So you should focus on both and belief me its good not to relai only on bitcoins.

Leaving job and making Bitcoin as your profession can be risky. So in my advice you should do both and if you have confidence in yourself and faith in bitcoin that no matter what happens in the coming next 10 years bitcoin goes up or down you will be happy with your decision, then I can say leave your job and come join this community you will be happier in the the field you love to work.

You don't have to quit your job just to focus on Bitcoin. I guess, you can do both of them as long as you know your priorities and you can manage your
time well. Bitcoin can help you get richer while having your job. You earn in your job, you also earn in your digital currencies through Bitcoin.

if i were you then i would never ever quit my job. job is like a permanent income source and bitcoin is just extra income source. what will you do if your bitcoin account is get hacked or somehow you loose your wallet?? don't get fool. i would like to suggest you to focus on both but can quit your job after millionaire, which is quite possible through bitcoin  Cheesy

Yes, it is mistake if he left his job and only focus on bitcoin. No doubt bitcoin give us income and it is same like our job income. But job is job, it is permanently income which we get every month without any hesitation. But about bitcoin, we should clear our mind that bitcoin is our extra income.

Yeah me too.If I were you i will not quit my job too. If I have a stable job and my salary is fixed and in minimum wage, why should I quit? I can do bitcoin while I am working, I can do it on my free time. At least I have an extra income while I have a stable job. Bitcoin doesn't require you to spend full time to earn money . Your spare time is enough.

I do not agree with what you say to throw away your permanent job and have to focus on bitcoin. not me too greedy to take both but it would be better if we put our work on the bitcoin. but there is also a certain reason if we want to throw away our work like ordinary employees or honor can be fraudulent in pay mending we throw it away but if our work like civil servant mending us keep our work. Yes greed can be very bad factor. Focusing just on bitcoin can be very bad and maybe difficult in some aspect. But look from this perspective you have job 8 hours a day 5-6 days a week and you got payed for this, and on top of that can do 1-2 hours a job on bitcoin, on this you will have fiat and bitcoin as payment and you can use both.
