Do you agree in death penalty?

Yes i will agree death penalty.this is the best way of punishement for those peoples who will not afraid to commit a crimes. Specially those criminals who are involved in rape,drug syndicate, smuggler,human trafficking,and other henious crime. With this law many criminals peoples who are afraid to do bad things.

Of course, we do not want death penalty but if we do not do it and enforce it in our country, their still rascal devil bad person. They still continue to do bad things and they increasingly it numbers. For example, if there is a Death Penalty, the bad guys will be afraid and think that they should stop their bad working. I think Death Penalty is the way of the government to give everyone the opportunity to change everything, leaving the bad thing and returning people to our Lord.

There are a lot of people who oppose the implementation of death penalty for crimes such as rape and human smuggling. When do these people realize that these crimes are even worse than murder? Human trafficking of minors is a very heinous crime and it is getting more common these days.

Not everyone deserves to live on this Earth, there are people who commit terrible acts, which must be kept away from human society. Particularly dangerous criminals: maniacs, murderers .. What can you say about these people, I think many will agree with me that these are not healthy people and they must be kept for life in prison or execution

This is a good proposal. The former USSR had these sort of punishments when Josef Stalin was the supreme leader. North Korea under Kim Jong Un also have similar type of punishments. Those who commit serious crimes are banished to labor camps, where they are forced to do labor till the end of their natural life.

I do believe that death penalty is a good way to discipline people. Having a punishment like this is a way of preventing conflicts and crimes in your country. Some people say that this is bad but for me, its the way to prevent bad things from happening.

There have been many many causes where people have been convicted and executed for a crime and later they have been found to be innocent.

In the case where an innocent person has been executed by the state isn't the state guilty of murder? and shouldn't the judge, jury and politicians who killed the person also be killed, as they have murdered an innocent person.

At least with a life sentence there is still a chance to rectify judicial errors.

I agree of the idea of death penalty, its not because we want them to killed but for the people to have fear in committing crimes that is punishable by death. People must stop playing laws and do crimes all over again.

Why should the tax payer spend money to feed this criminal for the rest of his life? Ideally, the criminal must be send to some slave-labor camp, where he will remain for the rest of his life. Any proceedings from this can be distributed among the victims.

What is putting a criminal behind bars going to do if they are already used to a prison environment? Absolutely nothing. I strongly agree that the death penalty should be used upon certain circumstances, such as raping or murdering others. Capital punishment satisfies the biblical principal “an eye for an eye”.

No. The probem really is not about the penalty but the implementation of our laws. Law enforcement is the problem. In a place ruled by the elite, the poor will suffer more because of our failed justice system.

True, I don't believe in the death penalty. It's too dangerous of a punishment for anyone. This life is not ours take but God's. But with lifetime imprisonment i have no problems with that. Put them to work, to earn their keep so we don't need to pay for the prison itself. I believe people change and people could be forgiven. But if not, they could always rot in jail and face their maker behind bars.
