Quite easily. Nothing's preventing project tokens from being bought in China on the open-market. Simply put, the Chinese government want to avoid repeating the ICO clusterfuck that is currently occurring in the West. Not only is that a good thing, but it's a thing that is expected to ultimately occur in the West anyway. In the meantime, Western investors get to fund the interim Chinese startups. Kinda genius. Gotta admire the FUD though. |

Even though China denies ico's to go live. NEO can be usefull for alot of reasons. It is afterall very similar to etherium. And with the huge market cap, i think it could have ve a huge potential. I only have like 1,2 NEO myself.. But i also think about buying more and hold for 1year +. By that time im pretty sure china and alot other people is using NEO, if not abusing it, which hopefully in the end will pump it a little, if not alot.

I am loving all the FUD and fear around NEO. Hoping for a bit more dropping with this BTC spike and to load my bags in the 500s! I do not know why everyone thinks this will be the death of NEO - this just means investing in which ICO will be a hard decision because they all will be legitimate!

For now, the majority of information about the coin is only available in Chinese, and the product itself is still in its early development stages. These 2 factors alone make for an extremely low current coin value & market cap. I believe the true value of this coin lies higher.

Probably won't be this good but regulation will be good overall and NEO is working with the Government to help shape their policies.
HODL and ignore the FUD folks.

Im pretty sure that nothing has been confirmed yet, and suspending all ICO's is so far only rumors.. also, NEO pumping hard the last hour, like more than 6%+. Which is a good sign imo. |

I mean, SIA, for instance, is down 8.29% and nobody thinks the world is ending...

For those affected by the upcoming Antshares web wallet shutdown, go to https://neo.org/download and download a web wallet app. NEON is the easiest and fastest to use though it is technically a 3rd-party app supported by NEO. NEO-GUI is the official app though it has several issues such as being slow AF and claiming GAS involves having to send your NEO to yourself in order to unlock them. Also, you DO NOT have to transfer your NEO to a new address. You just have to import your address information using your private key. Ty for this. Questions from a complete neo n00b: 1. neon wallet, I can claim GAS... I can do this at any time? Any advantage/disadvantage to claiming it when it says I can claim? 2. what is GAS? Is it worth anything to me? |
