until before they banned me from their telegram for no logical reason. they said that all frozen, unclaimed coins were burned so that the supply could go down. If they don't want to implement this now, this project is having a completely fraudulent implication for me.
we waited years and trusted these Russians, they had promised that the supply would go down precisely because of their desire to burn all the unclaimed coins.
with the airdrop 888.888 they multiplied their offer to make the project known, the coins not thawed after a certain period had to be burned and not bought back.
I spoke to many team members about a year ago, and they confirmed this fact to me. we don't want them to buy back and then resell at a higher price. we want a decrease in supply as it was in the programs! You diluted my investment 1000 times, I held this project based on this burn-out announcement.

Maybe what I held now is from airdrop but I'm happy with the performance of KICK.
For the last 3 months movement as you can see it in https://coinmarketcap.com/currencies/kick-token/, it's like skyrocketing already.

So, I like to get your opinion on the potential of this project, maybe we can discuss a bit here.

I'll jump in with my take/history of this token.  I bought some Kickcoin during the ICO many years ago.  Not much, so I'm not bitter getting burnt by this project.

The coin had its ups and downs, but eventually the ICO scene started getting government scrutiny and the Kickico ICO website never really took off because the ICO fad died off.  The kick team tried to reinvent themselves with a new coin, but that never reached funding because people weren't throwing money at new coins like they used to.  That's when they changed Kickcoin to Kicktoken and basically screwed every single initial investor with the 888,888 token airdrop they did to random wallets.  They diluted the value of the token to nothing, all in hopes of bringing in enough users to their new exchange.  If you look at coinmarketcap ROI section of the Kicktoken page it shows -99.99% ROI; that's why.

Kickcoin/token used to be listed on quite a few exchanges, but most exchanges have pulled it.  I still have some Kicktokens in my Kucoin account that I can't do anything with because Kucoin shut down that market.  If you look at the few markets that still trade in Kicktoken, the top 3 listed are KickEX.  That's Kickico's exchange.  I would never trust the price listed on an exchange owned by the people who own the token.  I also heard (in this thread if you go back far enough), that the KickEX exchange is not to be trusted.  So ignoring KickEX, there are only 3 exchanges still listing KickToken.  2 of which I never heard of and HitBTC.  I used HitBTC a few years ago.  I remember them to be a smaller exchange, but I can't vouch for them anymore since it's been so long.

My opinion is if you want to try and make a quick buck off this token, use HitBTC to do it.  All crypto is hot right now, so you could probably make a profit if you go in and out quickly.  Just be aware of the devs' track record.  They are not to be trusted.  I would never hold this token long term.

To add further to my statement, I want to say if Kickico decided to just weather the storm and not devalue their Kicktokens they probably would be doing pretty good right now.  I've seen some really junky coins do well in this current crypto surge.  If Kickico just held on to their Kickcoin plan and the ICO website, while spamming 888,888 Kicktokens to everybody's wallet for promotion, they could have had both.  They could have even used Kickcoins as well as Kicktokens on their new exchange.  Instead, they converted all Kickcoins to Kicktokens, just so they could get their new token on all the exchanges.  On top of that, they locked Kicktoken transfers (via smart contracts) to only transfer into their exchange, which probably hastened the rate at which exchanges booted the kicktoken from their listings (restrictions on transfers are a big no-no).  It really felt like Kickico was purposely trying to screw over their original investors just for some longshot chance at launching a new exchange.

These are very shady devs.  You have been warned.

I also did not like these developers how they managed their business but now it must be said that I am beginning to understand their actions.

the 888,888 airdrop did not really dilute the supply, because it will be in circulation if you unfreeze it. I have never heard of blocks for transactions, the airdrop was received if you did not transfer the coins, the thing is different.

The thing I don't understand is why the team no longer says anything about the burn in November.
Only in private do they write it but do not remember it publicly.
When all the frozen tokens are burned the coin will really appreciate very quickly.

Yes, the fact that it was delisted by Kucoin put it in a bad light, other exchanges are needed for this project.
Even if they themselves are an exchange and have all the convenience to push the trades into their exchange.

surely over the years this could be a token exchange that will be worth much more than now.





It would be very helpful if the team talked about the burning of the frozen supply. And make a Medium of what he's creating and trying to do now.

That's already 14,454 usd now based on the current price. .. you missed that huge money mate... but of course I would not blame yout because before this project was almost worthless and you know in bull run, most projects with a decent trading volume will come alive.

Ok guys. I am trying to understand what is going on with this token swapping. I was airdropped 888888 Kicktokens way back but now I am trying to swap it on MEW or uniswap but it gives me an error. So I have spent $8 bucks to approve the token with metamask and now I can't sell it on the descentralized exchanges. I have read the comments above and looks like the froze the token but then why am I seeing selling activity and volume on uniswap here:

There's no way you can swap the token if you cannot unfreeze it and I think they are still in ERC20 now.

Don't sell !! I don't know if the team will talk about this in the AMA but the frozen excess coin will be burned.

So I was told at the launch of their KickEX exchange by a chat moderator.
This coin could really fly x100 or more, it's an exchange coin (not bad as an exchange).

I have been upset about the project management for a long time and they even banned me from telegram. But I have to say that looking long term they already have a good racehorse.
Furthermore, with competition and more, they could further burn the supply.
