Hello @Heilmer thanks for testing our MVP we are equally sorry for the inconvenience. i need to know the detail specifications of this your trade like
time of trade and also the eth address that you use to make the trade
but be rest assured that mvp has a one minute latency period something which would be address in the final product
in most cases like this just be patient and all will turn out fine but if you wait for more than 3mins and no response then you send me the eth address and time of trade and i will look in to it

I didn't know if secondstrade was being manipulated, but just saw how many winners had to ask for payments on BCT, it won't happen with Blockoptions as trades and payments are all handled by blockchain, winner will get payment immediately issued by smart contract.

We didn't have much supports ATM, would love to get some support from binary traders.

team realised you stumbled in to one of the rare cases all oraclelize users face. it's a bitter pill we must swallow
in your case, oraclelize was not called is happens very rarely
in cases like this, trader's money is refunded we have already refunded you. you check your wallet to confirm that
in the final product release of blocktions, refunds will be done automatically in case of this rare occurrence.

pre-ico started on the 1st of August and it due to end on the 8th of August. pre-ico has no min cap but it has a max cap of 2500eth

ICO starts on 25th of August and ends on the 25th of September all this same year.
 
ICO has no min cap too team is determine to see the project through by all cost.

max cap for ICO will of course be all coins available for sale in ICO
any unsold coins would be burnt ..

our pre-ico started on the 1st of August and it's didn't really show much light so team investigated and realised that the marketing and publicity section was lacking.
so we resolved in to contacting and making some negotiations with ico website 'listers', 'youtubers' and social medial 'influencer' some which are still to comply.
