No you can get benefits from gambling but for that you should not depending on your luck. Moreover gambling was created just to make you relax from your stress but unfortunately you people are getting more stress from gambling. Come out of your belief of gambling is for making money then only you can find benefits from it.

Gamble for free of cost then you can find real entertainment to get rid of your stress. If you have some budget for your gambling then spend it only that amount and do not expect any return from gambling then also you can find lot of benefits from it.

In my own opinion no player have get any benefit from gambling because once a player start playing in gambling even they won alot of money they will still lose it all if they never stop playing. The only people who gets a benefit from gambling are the dealers and the owner of a certain casino.

I've been gambling for almost 10 years now, I used to be an addict to poker and other card games but now I do gamble Occasionally. Normally, If others heard about gambling they'll probably be saying bad things about it *which is a fact*. Though, based from my own experiences. Gambling do benefits me in a way, especially Mentally and Emotionally. Mentally, As a teenager who started to gamble at the age of 15. I don't care about losing, I don't value money. But as I grow, Gambling did really change my perspective towards money and decision making. I became more mature and I must say that I did enhance my strategic awareness. Emotionally, I must say that gambling did really control my temper. I don't why, but whenever I play poker my state of mind became so calm. Even after I lose or win I'm calm and happy. At the age of 19, I learn how to control myself. Mistakes are part of our life which really is good set back for a good comeback!.

How about you guys? What are the benefits you get from Gambling?

for me one of the reasons gambling is to fill the spare time. with gambling we can test our luck too. in my opinion the benefit of gambling  can double and multiply our money. but on the other hand if you lose money will run out in an instant.

I know it's your opinion and I respect that, but if you say you can win and lose your money, how can it be a benefit for itself? It's sounds like you are saying that the benefit from gambling is to get the chance to feel lucky from time to time. I know it feels good, but for me it seems hard to see that as a benefit. But like I said I respect your opinion of course. I think that learning how to handle emotions and deal with wins and losses is the probably the best benefit from gambling.

Well, that depends on your perspective and way of thinking. Gambling can teach you a lot, but if you hinder it then you will not move forward.

If you read my post, I did share my experience, my learnings and the benefits I've got. It's true that casinos aim to get more money from you since we are born greedy and we are not satisfied with what we have. We could learn from our mistakes, We do have a saying "One is enough, two is too much and three is venom". If you re-do your mistakes then you have a problem.

Don't take gambling to seriously. Why? The whole point or idea of gambling is to have fun and to be entertained. Luck is always there but try to play Poker and other cards game in which your brain must be functioning.

Most of us has an experience when we get heated we are very aggressive with our betting, we can put an amount that is bigger than we are supposed to be spending because we like to to win and we will chase our loses. Based on my experience when I am in this mode, the result is most likely a lose and a regret in the end but when I win there is some kind of fulfillment and it's really intense in terms of fun.

If someone talks about benefits got from gambling then I think so that the list is quite limited. In my opinion Gambling does more harm to a person than good. It is not the only way out there to learn control over your greed and emotions. Moreover, I think it is quite foolish to bet huge amounts when there are a greater risk of losses everywhere just for the sake of learning self control.

There are actually no benefits in gambling given that you’re surely going to lose a lot of money ( very large amount sometimes) before you get lucky enough to win big gambling. And if you do the accounting its almost maybe just a 50% gain you’re making if you calculate all your lost money, time and effort.

Due to which as you loose on your bets you get more stressed and it will effect your health and chances are that you may even get addicted to it. Hahahha, that's the worst news of all time in gambling. indeed most people who do gambling will definitely get defeat, but that's just a test for gamblers. Because gambling certainly has a defeat and also a victory, so if indeed we want to get a victory is definitely must have the best strategy. One thing that you should have is self-control, because that alone can give us enough strength to succeed in gambling. If you can not do it there is a chance that it will be hard to win (lose)
