I think once COSS APIS for the public at large are open for use then I think volume on the exchange may grow and thus more interest by persons to hold the tokens. It has a way to go but at least they are trying to do something. I think if they can get above ten million a day in volume in USD they will gather much interest from whales who wish to park their funds and just earn a nice daily profit on their money without having to do anything and work passively.

Its a struggle to keep up the daily volume in this slow period. At least they are continuously adding new features/coins to the exchange. Not something that moves the COSS price but a catalyst once the crypto bull market resumes.

same for me ! account deactivated without notification, and I got 40k COSS on it :/ :/ I got F2A but didn't made my KYC yet.. I hope they are fast to respond !

I remember they did send an email a while back saying something about locking accounts. I'm pretty sure it was for those who didn't have 2FA.

I also met this case and I think you should talk to them about your problem because COSS has a very good support team and is very professional. At the moment, this is a very low volume and many investors are leaving this exchange for a better exchange. I personally recommend switching to Binance or Bittrex as these are a far better exchange than COSS

They have a KYC for traders on exchange. People want not pass the KYC. thats why this exchange not popular and price of their tokens so cheap.

Don't worry they did the same to my Father because he was away and he couldn't fix his 2FA, now we sent in a support ticket and are waiting for a reply from the COSS Team in order to fix the problem and re-open the account. I also hope this doesn't put many people off trading there because it is a decent exchange. It's a shame the token value has plummeted almost back to ICOL price but with the API coming soon, it might boost volume when bots can trade there and bring more interest to the COSS platform and token. Maybe it's a good time to buy?
