In the acquisition agreement we do not know the details of the founders and original employees. The announcements have stated they are working\pressing forward after the re-organization process. If they are acquired by an investment fund controlling billions of USD  why the hell they are dumping coins in order to buy equipment or to pay salaries ( to pay salaries to whom ? ).
