Yes, it is because they can to choose a good bounty and promise for the long term. If we can choose a bounty that has good prospects for the long term will definitely be very profitable and will be rich. But this is also one's luck factor. We should be able to imitate such people. Just sold all my bounty token/coin when it get listed on an exchange.  Then buy back on bottom. It will make some profits. Then hold for several. Sell on higher price. It will doubled my profits. Only hold token or coin that have potential on the future.

Many do so and get a reward from bounty programs. I have to confirm that these bonuses sometimes have a fairly good price and would rather wait for their rewards to be valued more in the long run.

I guess it is okay to have the bounty rewards earned to be encashed as soon as possible. But of course being patient is for me the key for getting a good price. Holding for long can result in positive things, as they say, "good things come to those who wait". Bounty is good to me tho. The success of bounty depends solely on the success of the project during its ICO and also the projects development success. If a project raises a very huge sum of money during their ICO and has no product at the end, the project fails and bounty rewards turn to nothing in the holders wallet.

In this case, the main thing is to be patient and wait, the first profit will be in 5-6 months, when the coins come to the stock exchanges.  But it's worth it!  The reward justifies all expectations!
