Not converting bounty tokens when they are listed on the exchange into fiat is a risk.
Some people think most of the tokens out there are totally worthless, so it could be smarter to sell the majority of your tokens asap. Or you could save a little bit of tokens of each bounty, so if some of them do become the next big thing, you also have long-term profit. I personally think bounty hunting is a great way to make profit. I just look at it as mining the currency yourself.
