For me the bounty program does give a good economic impact for qualified bitcointalk forum members. If we rent a signature it can give money as we advertise a good or service. The more qualified we are then we can earn more money from the bounty program.

They have the means i think. Doing bounty campaigns for them were just a tool to have tokens in their wallet for investment purposes. Absolutely nothing wrong about that. That is their strategy. But for some of us here who do bounty campaigns as their way to earn money to sustain their families needs is certainly another thing.
