I dont know where to post this , did anyone else get their account frozen??  i just noticed this last night and of course i asked help desk for help..   im at tier 2 with then and not even a email to notify me that they frozen my account..  first cryptsy but at least cryptsy helped me get most of my funds and i just deposited at polonex  and of course a frozen account they would allows deposits .. its wrongs type of ways to handle a very important business..   please feel free to express your views on crypto exchanges..
 

do you send them an email and asked your problem? because i think one or more of my friend have this experience and after they send the email, support system from polo giving the reason why they frozen my friend account but unfortunately, my friend is not telling me the reason. but you need to wait for more than 3 days before support system polo give the answer.

I personally had my account frozen at my own request. However, unfreezing has been taking 45 days. I am really tired of it, because I have a lot of market exposure at the moment. In my case I spread my investments over multiple coins, but say if I had not. What kind of risk would I have been exposed to then, for 45 days?
Consider the risk I have taken at this moment already(luckily +500%ish)

i know how you feel...   I've been their..    i still have my account and withdraws aren't an issue    i learned from mistake.  i don't work for Poloniex and i don't think they even know about this forum..  I sent my info , sent any required documents . you can't be anonymous any more

My account was hacked
Hacker activated the 2FA... Huh


One hour later o being hacked i also received this email:

Poloniex Support <poloniexcoms@gmail.com>

Hello,

Your Poloniex account was locked with Two Factor Authentication for email verification.
We sent you email with link to confirm your account.

Marta Barros
Poloniex.com

......

I never saw the link to confirm...not that i would click on it.

Is this a fake email from poloniex? gmail?

1 day later, I frozen account and changed password.
Well i am now 1 of +5000 persons that is in a ticket list, waiting to regain access to account and hopping that meanwhile hacker doesn't get in again...with help from support.

Hi all.
My account got frozen to.
And have problems with logging in support link, just cant do it and there is no other way to contact support.

I cant regain any of my assets from there and cant contact anyone from polo to help, what now?

I see balances, but no way to withdrawal or deposit.

I have withdrawn most of my polo funds just before making a 3k$ LTC deposit
everything worked well

then a few hours later they locked my account
they give no reason
no mail

full mysterious stealer

I opened a ticket, I will update when they reply
but I don't have much hope
Even if I can access to my funds again, I will never use them again, they are far too much dangerous

this is happening when you are using an unlicensed money transmitter. It's very strage why the people are using Poloniex, KRaken, BTC-e and others like them. Use only licensed exchangers !

I have the same issue. I did frozen my account for security reasons... and now i'm screwed...

2 months and 15 tickets later i still don't have an answer...

I don't know what else to do...
