There are only a few people left in the community and slowly @Ideaupdater will stay alone.

Take some action or finally just die Masternodecoin.

What can we expect from ideaupdater He eats delay for breakfast and delay is his motto in life.

He probably own other masternode projects too under different pseudo username that keeping him busy while MTNC is being neglected.

Nothing is postponed the dev just deliberately choose to ignore the community the he built from the ground up last 2017 and now the community is slowly losing confidence with the project.

How to put the coins in the new wallet?
Using importprivkey I get the error "Invalid private key encoding (code -5)". And putting the old wallet in the directory I get an error message and no coins appear there.
Has anybody got to put the coins in the new wallet?

This really looks like not a coincidence that this NewPowerCoin is started just now exactly to give Masternodecoin occasion to copy their entire work and start fresh after the swap.

The new chain is live and now @Ideaupdater will swap all coins he owns and will start to stake the shit out for a month or nobody knows how long before everybody else will have the ability to swap.

This is not an approach to swap the community has asked for dev.

We asked for an honest swap and all information to be able to make a decision.

You will finally stay alone @Ideaupdater if you will proceed like this further.

What Ideaupdater didn't make clear enough is that the wallet released there is for the new chain, not the current one and, as such, you cannot import/transfer your wallet to it.

Basically, you can ignore that new wallet until we know there is a running chain and how to do the swap.

This has to stop and Masternodecoin team should be available and reachable frequently or even constantly.
This is 2019 and this is no problem to set up a communication channel or to be active here.
@Ideaupdater still not communicate with the community only publish announcements and there is no way to get any answers.

I just checked the new wallet and seems that this https://github.com/NPW-Project/ Newpowercoin is another scammy project.
Just look at their ANN thread. This thread is fully made up. I checked all posters in this thread and 95% of them are new accounts with only a few posts and a majority of them made translations to different languages of the ann thread but this is all google translated and after this, there are no more posts and no activity in this accounts. All these translations are not worth nothing and all discussions in this thread are made up. I haven't found one post from an established high-rank member of Bitcointalk there. They sold all 170 masternodes for 0.6 BTC (0.6 x 170) but there are no members talking about this in the thread. Shady project in the hands of one person or a small group of people, which pretends to be honest distributed and trustworthy. This looks like a failed attempt to start another project and you can see that people behind this project know exactly what they do only the timing was bad and the project catches no community attention.

I see a lot of similarities here.

It could be old and outdated data. or someone is still running a masternode using his own personal chain.
