All - we need to stop trying to sell this coin for like 1 LTC for 10K GLD. 

The thing with this coin is that its "front loaded".  Think of it like a blockbuster film that makes $180 million opening weekend, and then drops 65% he second week, and 50% the next etc.

But with this coin, the value will rise as LESS coins are being mined because of difficulty increases.  The good thing is that if the difficulty rises to say 50, you will still get a few hundred coins.  Eventually, it will be 100 coins per block.

We need to support the coin, and hope it gets on an exchange in the next few MONTHS.   

The guy who released the coin is offering 200K GLD for an exchange, and around 350K GLD for other bounties.  Problem is 10K coins looks like a few $$ now - but if we keep mining and kep supporting Gold Coin, that 10K could be worth 5K USD or better if it trades on a legitimate exchange in a few months.

I second that. I have stated before that jumping on an exchange so early would be just bad.

What I worry about even more is if there is an exchange for this... that the idiots with the thousands of coins will just bulk sell and creator the price even more.

^Agreed guys, I'm really glad to see there are more people out here thinking this as well. Rack up these coins and lets boost the market value. Everyone that is currently selling should raise their sale prices by a significant amount. If everyone that is currently selling all raise their prices then anybody that wants to buy will have no choice but to pay that rate, and after a few sales that much higher price will then be the going rate. The reason people are selling so low is because they are comparing this coin to other crap coins of the past, and using that as common ground. All we have to do is change the common ground, make people more familiarized with this coin being more expensive. Combine that with spreading the word about this coin and positivity and this coin will shoot up.

To really make it work, everyone that is selling needs to get into a group chat session or private thread and all agree on what price to start at, and then when competing for sales a deal is made that one never goes below a certain value.  Once everyone hits that value, then you all raise your prices back up and start over again.  That how it works. All other people that get into the mix from then on will just see the higher price and to them that will just be the going rate (as it actually would be), nobody will even think twice to try and sell for .0003 or the likes .  The value of the coin is all up to us, it's what we make it.  Selling for such low is devastating to the coin.

Goldcoin isn't like other coins where one wants to pump and dump and sell for ridiculously low prices. This coin has Paramount potential. All of you that mine has the ability to get a large amount of shares compared to what you're used to with other coins. Which of course you're obviously already aware. So lets boost the price and make them worth mega bucks. It is in all of our best interests.

GoldCoin is a great name.  It needs the following:

1) a very nice logo!
2) a nice looking website, similar to BitBar
