Don't get fooled by the rising bcash prices. Bcash is experiencing some major cluesterfucks right now.

There is a mysterious miner organisation from HongKong is mining almost empty blocks and they make sure that the difficulty stays high. So moving bcash is a pain right now. That makes it very easy to manipulate prices. And there is also that many exchanges don't let people to withdraw their bitcoins.

So you can't send your bcash to the exchanges, even if you do, exchanges won't let you leave.

I would do nothing right now but eat my popcorns while watching this freak show.
I'm kinda feeling like you dude. The increase on BCH price today is crazy even though the blocks are slow to process. I'll never trust chinese works so I'm staying away on BCH. They are setting trap now for zero knowledge traders.

There are several different types of Bitcoin clients. The most secure are full nodes like Bitcoin Core, but full nodes are more resource-heavy, and they must do a lengthy initial syncing process. As a result, lightweight clients with somewhat less security are commonly used.

What do you think of Bitcoin Cash?
Do you think it will have the same value as Bitcoin or it will be just another Alt. Coin in the crypto market?

I think bitcoin cash is another alt brought by hype and it is not a result of a fork right? So it is possible to dump .We dont know actually what is all about that altcoin and where it came from who is the creator of that etc. Don't be fooled by it and join the hype maybe it will only lose your money but it depends on you if you will take the risk.

Bitcoin Cash would just remain an alt and in no way,it could become a substitute for bitcoin. But the thing we are seeing today is that bitcoin cash price is rapidly increasing because it is being pumped and BCC holders have no platforms to dump it.

If miners keeps support to BCC then for sure it will rise more then BTC.
Block size is larger then BTC and there are transaction problem occurs on BTC.
Lets wait and see whats going to happen but for sure i will buy on dips BCC

But the BTC chain which has segwit + 2MB blocksize (I know we have to wait a bit longer for those 2MB), and this results in a tx speed aproximatelly equal to a 8MB Blocksize without segwit.
The increased blocksize harms decentralisation because nodes get more expensive, so increasing the blocksize is not the perfect way.

Furthermore BCC has nearly no support and most people will dump it ASAP.

Are you certain about this? It's a fairly important point, and if it's true, BCH's distinction about 8MB blocks is superficial and arbitrary and renders BCH pointless since there's no functional difference. But I don't know if that is actually true. I read that SegWit is supposed to clear up space for 60% more transactions, so if you're getting 60% more transactions per MB, it would only be a 3.2x improvement over the old non-SegWit 1MB blocks, whereas 8MB blocks are an 8x improvement. It seems that BCH does have more scaling power at the present by more than 2 times over SegWit 2MB blocks.

Someone correct me if I've missed something.

That is right, Bitcoin cash will be another way for big whales to earn another big profit like what happened in BTU or the Bitcoin Unlimited. I think for now bitcoin is being their way to fool other users because they are known to these industry and obviously many will believe them because they know their thing. I will be just getting my Bitcoin Cash and sell it afterwards.

I think that bitcoin can not compete with cash, because it's two different directions. They can exist in parallel complementing each other, but not destroying each other.

Are you discussing bitcoin cash or just regular cash? Because those are really two different, so different, things.
If you are really talking about cash as in fiat, right now bitcoins can't surpass it. But just wait.
Bitcoin cash on the other hand will never surpass bitcoins, I don't think it will ever be able to.

Bitcoin Cash's value will remain 10 times less than BTC but with 10 times less mining difficulty as well. Just like ETC usually remains at 10 times less value of ETH.

1 BTC = 10 BCC... This is going to be the future rate.

I think this is not great because we are patronizing an altcoin forked out of the real bitcoin.

Also, you can read all of the comments of bitcoin users that they will just get their Bitcoin Cash and then send it to their Exchange wallet and sell it all off. I think most of the users will just be selling off their BCC because they are not interested in another Bitcoin/Altcoin. Who wouldn't like a free bitcoin out of the new Bitcoin Cash right?

What exchanges do accept bcc/bch? I already have my bitcoins in a software wallet and reading around for a reliable way to split them to get some bitcoincash. I know, I also believe like most people that btc would fare better than bcc but if done correctly, getting bch is still getting extra money and who doesn't like that?

There most probably be a price dump soon when all the BTC holders claim their BCH and were able to trade on all the main exchanges. Everyone would be selling it off for a better price and before the expected dump and I doubt after that phase BCH would be able to recover and come back to $700. After a month or so people might forget it.

Bitcoin cash on the other hand will never surpass bitcoins, I don't think it will ever be able to.

I suppose this will come down to whether SegWit2x can handle the growing transaction volume. BCH's entire premise is that BTC won't be able to scale suitably, and that's why they split off, to enact changes the better handle growing transaction volume. It's far too early to tell if it will have staying power, but if BTC can't handle transaction volume growth, or the network becomes over congested like it was for a large portion of this year with sky high transaction fees, it's going to give BCH a large validation that the split was necessary and BTC didn't do enough to address the problem. Unfortunately, with the amount of money at stake in both chains, BCH is incentivized to try and sabotage the BTC blockchain at this point to make it unusable and drive people to BCH, thus increasing the value of the BCH tokens. I think it's more than likely that we're going to see attacks by both sides attempting to undermine the other, and that overall is going to be terrible for BTC/BCH and crypto generally.

Well i am expecting that Bitcoin Cash will have the same value as Bitcoin but then like what others said that the Bitcoin Cash will be another Altcoin. But still, if it gives us opportunity to earn our own money then go for it Smiley
Not a good idea to go for it bitcoin cash will be still altcoin and like other said better to dump it because its useless.. they are just starting to promote bitcoin cash and trying to fool other people..
Bitcoin will be still remain to be use and i don't think it can gives you a good profit if you go in bitcoin cash.. but for me i'll stay to invest in bitcoin and hold it when never happen..

You are always missing an all important point in virtually everything you post

That's why what you say seems to be a little far-fetched and somewhat decoupled from reality. In this case specifically, you assume that technical distinction makes some sense, while in fact it simply doesn't. Even if the differences were purely nominal, that wouldn't mean a shit. What would mean is how many miners are going to support this Cash coin and how much real cash its supporters are actually going to pour into it. In other words, no one would give a fuck if this new Bitcoin ain't really different from the old one as long as it allows to earn handsome profits. That's how the world turns these days in crypto

Come on man bitcoin is the pioneer in cryptocurrencies world,  no other altcoin have the capability to defeat it,  BCC will just remain a altcoin its not going to match the BTC value.

Thats a big fact but well who knows that sooner or later it would line same as the bitcoins value, just think about something that might help us to gain more where in if the demand were high it will raise its value as well and opportunities will take place.

though as at today bitcoin Cash price  stand at $625 and I don't know if this is a false pumping and no value.  at bittrex bitcoin Cash has making a change in price up to 11,000%. Bitcoin on the other hand has not making any significant changes and I do believe that bitcoin is studying what will happen before making the next move.

Bitcoin is the first coin in the market so we considered all the cryptocurrencies that made is also called as altcoins. I think bitcoin cash has a potential to be a good promising cryptocurrency because it is on the top 3 in market cap. It was shocking but I think it can overtake ethereum market cap and price in a couple of weeks.

The starting price is the very definition of speculation. I expect it to be highly volatile while people scramble to figure out if it will have any staying power. Some folks will rush to dump their newly acquired BCH trying to lock in the highest price they can. Others will be attempting to buy it as cheap as possible. I expect those groups, regardless of whether they think it will survive long term or not, to attempt to orchestrate a pump down the line. One thing for certain is all the uncertainty this scenario has created is not good for the ecosystem or the community, and I believe this is only going to increase the amount of acrimony between the two sides, because now they're competing against each other for legitimacy and there's literally billions of dollars on the line. If BCH dies off or stay irrelevant, no long term harm will be done. But I think the inevitable war between the two camps now is going to be very damaging for Bitcoin.
