I'm a bit worried about the new 3 IP rule. Everyday before I go to sleep, I turn off many electrical things, including my internet wifi router, so the IP may change time to time. I see that the IP pool is not so big, something like 123.49.xx.xx. If there are accidentally 2 other persons signed up with the same IP I used when I signed up, I'm screwed?

I completed the form a few hours after the ICO was over. Now only 10% users left and I haven't received my tokens yet. If you determined that I'm a cheater with that 3 IP rule, are you certain?

There are many addresses that have been received more than once, are the ones responsible for sending the tokens, are they cheating? It is quite possible that yes. Close to 90% of the bounty promoters that qualified (no more than 3 registrations from the same IP) have been paid.

The remaining payments will be processed tomorrow as there is an increased of double spend transactions in the last hour, so we'll be pausing things for today.

It's nothing personal. As mentioned, if there are no more than 3 registrations from your IP, you will receive the tokens.
