You ask what money you got from the free ATS?  In theory, you've received money from investors who would otherwise not have known about the campaign if not for those of us working for your "free" ATS.

Your claims that you feel it didn't work out and that you now regret your bounty campaign are unacceptable this late into the process.  You may have made a poor business decision but at this point it's far more important that you simply follow through with it.

Also, those who receive ATS tokens will have less value because people will not be buying ATS as much when they are aware of the way you are retracting your company's promises like this.  You are not doing any favors to your investors.  You are in fact lowering the value of the coin by slashing the reputation of your company.  

Do you see that this action really has no upside?  Doing so will lower the value of ATS to investors after ICO.
It would be a far, far better decision for you to retract your previous update and continue to the best of your abilities in distrubting the ATS tokens as planned, for the next 40 days or however much time was left.

What concern is it to you that some of your people don't understand how to use their free ATS or what ETH is?

I would think that would actually be good for ATS because there would be slightly less in circulation.  Not following through on your promises, however, will slash the reputation of your company and severely hurt the value of ATS.  While you may not believe this, that is currently the state of crypto markets, which are extremely responsive to news like this.  ATS will not do nearly as well as it may have as a result of this.  

It would be far better for you all to take your time over the next 40 days simply distributing out the tokens, regardless of whether people know what to do with them.  Whether or not they are familiar with ETH has no real bearing on your company, but your company's reputation IS at stake here.
