I logged in to my yahoo email, but don't see any email for withdraw
then I tried checking my balance status via the url link but redirected to /contribute
my last referral signup email received on sept 9th showing "Your total earned ATS tokens is: 375"
is this mean I got suspended if yes what a bummer
I want to try the withdraw page but it asked for first & last name
but when I registered I was asked for a single name and I inputted my bct username
what should I enter for lastname? but seeing I can't check balance, it seems I got suspended?

I think if you had a yahoo email or had special characters, you can't withdraw just yet because I just tried and peter is working on it as he pm'ed me about it.

Just wanted to give a shoutout to the Authorship team for a successful ICO. Received my investment tokens already and had confirmation my bounty tokens are on the way. The instructions on the site have been crystal clear. I don't know why so many of you seem to be having so much trouble. And shame on you all those who tried to cheat in the bounty.

Hey, this one was for your 0.8 ETh deposit We had several people work on making the payments, so there was no particular order.

that's indeed kinda odd. So the 2 ETH deposit was transferred in just 1 transaction? Maybe not split up to 2 tx?

The ATS Team, where to listed your token ATS. i try to check it but i didn't find any clue that where to listed your token. get the details about ATS when it published a reputed exchange and what's the update regarding this.

Lol. With all the information I got here I guess I and my referrals are screwed then.
I have a private email/browser service with privacy guarantee (automated VPN browser included with random access points). All my referrals use that service to stay anonymous so they most likely don't know which IP and even which country/city was used for their bounty sign-up. Since I assume the form Authorship will release tomorrow will check the IP (if it matches at least the area they used to sign-up) through another confirmation email none of my referrals will be matching that former IP.
Not good. Especially because he wrote before that the tokens are automatically sent.

Everyone suffers when referrals are going on - it's bad for the project, for investors and for honest bounty managers.

In the end, you can check the registration refer and see if they just came by copying the link, without a referral source.

Don't forget that there are no browser referers when the source website is running on HTTPS. The IP address is a good indicator, but easy to spoof via proxies. In the end it is not really possible to ban cheaters.

If you have an issue, and you believe it's something that can be fixed, please email us and you'll hear back from us. However, please be patient as we have almost 1,500 emails in queue. It may take a couple days to receive a reply.

-IF you entered a wrong ETH address on the withdrawal form, you CANNOT change it anymore. You've been offered numerous occasions to make sure you enter the correct one and unfortunately, you agreed to the final ETH address by submitting the form.

-We cannot tell you what your name/email/referral/eth or any other info you need to know about your account. Please search for your welcome email if you need the referral link, check your friends or places you shared with if you cannot find it.

-Please do not send us stories about why your 50 identical IP registrations are legit. (we heard it all , starting from knocking door to door with your laptop in your hand asking people if they want free tokens; or that you work as a nurse at the hospital and you asked 200 patients to give you their email addresses as a way of raising funds for a noble cause; or that you asked your 600 friends to gather at your house, at a big round table), you'll be suspended.

-If you strongly believe your account was suspended and you are 100% sure you did nothing wrong, please send us an email describing how you promoted your link, with proof (please no stories). Please understand however, that if we check the situation and see the suspension was the right thing to do, we won't even bother to reply back. We don't have the time to argue nor the desire.

However, if we mistakenly got your account suspended we will reinstate it and send you all the earned ATS plus a 5% bonus for the situation. So far, we encountered no case where we've been wrong; but we are not excluding the possibility.

-Do not email us to ask "when I'll receive the tokens/where are my tokens/why I didn't received the tokens". Please. This info is public.

The way of the ATS bounty coin withdrawl is extremely complicated and especially insecure imho. What if somebody knows the mail address and the referal link of a big bounty supporter? He could type the data into the form with his own ETH address and steal the whole bag?!?

After filling out the form, a message appeared:

You have successfully submitted the withdrawal request.

Your account submitted email address was found in our system and your withdrawal request will be processed soon to the ETH address you provided.

We process the withdrawals in a first come first serve basis. We expect to have your request processed within the next 2-3 days.

Please do not try to resubmit the withdrawal form as you will receive an "Account not found or suspended" message as the form only allows for a single submission.
