Yes. As we are targeting to become fully legal exchange with fiat in/out support, we have plans to publish financial reports quaterly. |

Sure. We replicate the whole hedge-fund system as a protected auditable investment vehicle. Fund manager will have full control over all conditions. |

Yes, you will keep 20% bonus, which is distributed first among all those who never sold their STE. So as time goes and many people will change STE in the open market, the share of those who never sold grows too. Therefore it is very wise not to sell STE ever and keep getting dividends |

What part of the tokens from the total issue will the founders of the company receive?
The ICO description indicates that 30%. They will be distributed according to the share of each founder in the company. Will the founders be able to sell their tokens on the exchange in the future? Founder's tokens are restricted for transfer for 6 months after the end of the ICO. They can sell their tokens after that date. |

No, it is sipmle and easy GUI so you need no programming skills at all. But if you do have them, STeX will be the right place for you because off API interface and high speed execution. |

We are a fully legal structure, however, we are choosing the jurisdiction for the project with less government regulation so it will not affect user's freedom. If there would be some changes, we will relocate the project to the jurisdiction where such control is minimal. |
