Throughout all the years and the various trollboxes that I've attended the one I miss the most and question why it was removed in the first place was the Poloniex trollbox.

Yeah, non sense. The Trollbox is not only fun, it gives new users the trust of having real people on the site.

Sure you got the Bitmex trollbox which is crazy busy at times but its mostly kids on there who post crap. The Poloniex trollbox was the only one I can remember that was mostly of mature audience. I remember I would just keep it open in my browser on my 3rd monitor and just read the posts throughout the day. You didn't need to go to any Bitcoin news site because it usually appears there first

That's the whole point about trollboxes

When in February 2017 the Chinese central bank cracked down on local exchanges forcing them to disable both cryptocurrency withdrawals and deposits, the news first emerged in the BTC-e trollbox as some Russian traders had been using Chinese exchanges too and they were told in private by the staff of these exchanges about this attack on crypto. On the next day the prices crashed like 20% with Bitcoin going below 950 dollars (though not for a long time). In this manner, I agree with you that trollboxes can be a valuable source of information (as well as disinformation, for that matter)

I already tried to play Keno and I love it. But only I use the free cojns that given when you are registered to stake.com I will play today maybe later and I hope my luck is today and my money become 100 times I need to take a risk for now.

What is the risk of you? You have not deposited anything, so there can't be anything loss. You will play from the bonus amount which you have received from signing up on the site. If you lose that then you will have nothing lost except time.
I would to say to you bro that I already played with my own money . But suddenly I lost some of my capital. But I try again because I see someday that I win. Keno again I play because I love to play that and I hope this I win.  Anyone who are really win to Keno I want more motivation.  I hope I can get  my combination of my number and earn jackpot I get.

Seriously? Are we remembering the same trollbox from poloniex? I am pretty sure 90% of the chat there was people who keep on saying "buy xyz" on whatever the coin they have that they bagged and want to sell. They were trying to spam the chat with coins so eventually if a newbie sees and buys it.

There was no proper chat there at all and it was so fast that there was no chance of actually chatting there neither. It resembles the twitch streamers chats, there is about 5-10 messages in there every SECOND which means no human could read ALL of the chat and most of the chat just went to waste. Poloniex trollbox was named trollbox for a reason, they sucked big time and it was just purely spam from morning to night, there was very rare non spam posts and they went wasted among all the trash there.

Yeah right, way back, poloniex trollbox are composed mostly of hypers who wanted to trick newbies, they are group of people who entice newbies to watch out some certain coins and they will start pumping it making it to believe that the coins are good to buy, this chat was able to let those scammers to earned decent each time they got a victim, trollbox have a good purpose if not being abused.

I know what you are talking about. And this only started happening recently, due to the poor design of the trollbox if there was too many posts at once it was very hard to follow.

However it only happened because they got a surge of new members and it was mostly people spamming however before all this hype it was a good place for news and other update to date crypto info.

Unfortunately i've never used BTC-e so I have never frequented their trollbox. However if I had to list in order of rank I would say that the Poloniex, Primedice, McxNow were among the top 3 crypto trollboxes of all time. Most people never heard of Mcxnow but they had a trollbox and if you were a miner in 2014 then you mostly used their exchange to sell your Maxcoin, which was very popular back then.

There should be a chat admin to ensure chatbox is not abused.
Actually those time who poloniex was so popular, their chatbox was one of the things that makes them popular, and if you notice, when they remove
the chat box, their volume slowly declined. Scammers are everywhere but if newbie were smart enough to do the research before entering, they wouldn't become victims.

Is this even possible to have only faucet to play without depositing any money around? What I could say that it is faucet abuser which is in appropriate thing to do on any gambling site. And even if you manage to get your money *100 I believe they still do not let you to make withdraw from  your faucet money.

Anyway I do not think if after some period of time of wagering with your deposit money then you able to keep using faucet again and again without making any deposit in the next few months, is this possible?

I was a frequent at poloniex until recently, trollbox didn't get any worse with time, it was always horrible to me, it just got even worse compared to how horrible it was which was the end of it, however even 3-4 years ago it was horrible, as soon as cryptsy or whatever that exchange was got "hacked" and closed shop most of the people there came to poloniex and ruined the trollbox at that moment, before that it was alright like you said but that is not a new thing it has been couple years already.

Best chat I have seen during those times was primedice as always because they take care of their chat with moderators (something stake.com is also doing of course) and just-dice at early days because we were small number of people who all knew each other and basically talked about our daily lives, we were that close.

I don't think there are restrictions with withdrawing the faucet money. The faucet gives so little it is almost impossible to make it as big as the minimum withdrawal amount anyway. I agree that the faucet is there so new players can do a test drive before they spend their real money but if you are incredible lucky with your returns by using the faucet you should still be able to withdraw them.

The coins from the faucet are yours, there are no "rollover" or "bet x times" tricks. AS mindrust said, it is hard to achieve the minimum to cashout, the faucet is only available to those who have zero balance, it is impossible to accumulate it.

There is no way to abuse faucet with multi account due to low reward and some gamblers think that it is possible to gain something with multi accounts but they can spend their time with something more valuable imo. For this purpose there are alternative faucet sites which offer faucet model where there is no captcha and time limit.

I don't think the faucet is as bad as you might think.
On ethereum I think it is about x20 of the faucet, you get 100 satoshi (whats the smaller nomination for ethereum ?

I know 100 satoshi is 0.00000100 btc but dunno what they are called on ethereum) and you can withdraw something like 0.0002 which is not that hard, x20 or x200 or something like that and even tough it looks insane to reach that with your money, considering its free money you can bet on x100 or whatever multiple times, not like its going to be a loss for you, you can hit it once a day or once a week and that is still free money.

Not like it worth anything considering even 1 ethereum is about 120 dollars or so which means 0.0002 is like less then 6 cents right now but its still free money and its still withdrawable if you play too much.

Only those who have no other better thing to do will do this, claiming faucet then bet x200 to reach 0.0002ETH which is only able to pay the withdrawal fee? Indeed someone may it once if he do it continuously but it wont worth his time as he will earn nothing once he hit x200. Even if someone able to manage to abuse the faucet by claiming all the time then he may not able to withdraw it because usually gambling sites wont allow withdrawal by faucet abusers.

So this is my issue with stake which is very unsettling to me and hopefully others will see it the same way. I was playing plinko their and my balance was steadily dropping. Not the issue i have busted many deposits on plinko. My issue is as my balance was dropping it was showing 200k sats which i believed and played accordingly to. as i placed another bet it said insufficient funds. Im looking at my screen and its saying 200k i hit bet again and got the same message. so i refreshed the page and my balance now is 4k sats. A huge difference in what was shown.

I went to support not with the thought of giving me my coin back but of what happened and why. I was met with an answer of you placed the bets and lost your funds betting. And the "The balance update has been reported to our developers and it is only a visual lag, it should be fixed with one of the following updates. "  So thats it. I responded by asking if im supposed to have a calculator and add or subtract wins or losses. And how i rely on stake to accuratly display my balance as betting patterns, amounts and games played are chosen but balance. So then someone else took over and said " I have reviewed your account and afraid that you lost the funds in betting. Please check your bet history https://stake.com/account/statistics/plinko there's a lot of bets with 0.2 multiplier where the funds are deducted."

I never denied placing them nor will I. But again i was met with"From your explanation I can only assume that your balance wasn't fully updated at your front end, but after seeing the lost bets you can clearly see where the funds are gone."  And as to the calculating my own bets and not relying on the balance displayed. "

"Our games are provably fair and you are free to post anything where you like and share your feedback.
Kindly check your bets, you do not have to calculate each bet amount, just see the multiplier of the bet which will give you better result regarding the matter."

I went to a chat where i feel more welcome and made mention of it and within 5 seconds i had two pm's saying same thing happened to them. And they did not do anything about it but say you wagered the coin. Like i said im not worried about the funds i have deposited a lot of coin there and elsewhere. My issue is with your knowledge and admitting to the bug. Yet not making anyone aware or immediately fixing it. You just let is continue.  Does anyone feel i should have verified and subtracted or added each bet to maintain an accurate balance?

Your handling of this raises serious trust and other issues that i feel are showing lack of responsibility to your users by maintaining a fair site. Your games my validate and be provably fair bur is your casino? I would ask that this issue be addressed for i am sure there is other parties similar to mine that felt they were cheated.
