I am wondering what this is about and what would be the benefits they are proposing with this new integration to the site?

I'll always go with a dark theme over a light one given a choice, I dont want to be staring at a brightened lightbulb for any period of time.   In practise I could alter all sorts of monitor settings and adjust it that way but its not what happens in effect.   For chrome I'll often get the lights off extension installed or similar to dim the default super bright catchy themes most websites go with

Actually it is best to have light and dark mode to make sure people can adapt with the site. Agreed they do attract people in the right way but the functionality of the site is the main draw to a casino site. It keeps their customers coming back. I do like how the chat on the site is linked to what is going on their forum. Like showing when a a new post is made and when someone is tipped for making a post. It is always a bonus to see these notifications while chatting with someone on the site.

Yeah, I don't know when this "dark theme" thing started but the first thing I remember being dark on default was actually discord. Which is incredibly new as well but considering everything else I visited was always either white or had some open color to it then the theme never really mattered since it was just design.

Even slack which is quite new didn't have dark theme to start with but added later on. Discord was the only place that really started out with it on day 1 which I assume got so much praise that now people say even youtube has a dark theme (never really checked) which means its going very well for everywhere else as well, soon google, facebook and all other big places will have dark themes as well. Just as in tradition, crypto evolves faster and that is why forum has dark theme before all huge corporations who react slowly to these things.
