It is still going on but to be honest don't have your hopes too high if you don't have at least 1k tickets because there are at least 15 lakh tickets. Now you might wonder how I know this? Based on what I've seen so far in Stake.com track record and compliance I expect them to result in a fair decision that protects all involved and grants the decision based on the official results same as any professional and LEGAL provider is doing. I am not raising my voice against Stake. I am just stating facts for those who want to get their way unfairly. I hope this is clear, didn't want to give you a wrong impression. But the issue is here because integrity, transparency and regulatory procedures are a must follow and to be honest it shouldn't even be said that Biden bets are going to be settled today or that the sports team wants to settle Biden. Because if they do before the official result and such result differs from what they did. It'll be a big issue and all should know this. They are not tricking people i mean there are still people that believe that Trump can turn this around and win and that is totally ok. But at this point in my opinion it's impossible to determine fair odds on both candidates so any sportsbook that keeps it open is probably taking huge margins which are not fair to players.

Let's make sure that sportsbet.com and .io are differed in this conversation because:

Sportsbet.com isn't tricking anyone, they just succumbed to crybabies, they're going to pay out both so it's fine, they can keep the market open and they clearly stated that biden bets that have been set after biden early payout will not be paid if Trump wins, which he likely will, because the legal case is real and the fraud too, reason why there's no official result.

Sportsbet.io on the other hand, of which I don't know much about, seems they settled early and if they don't pay Trump bettors if Trump is the official winner, They'll be in BIG trouble as it's quite illegal and an act of gross negligence which is easily enforceable in a Court of Law because Official Bodies are withholding for serious reasons. This is why sportsbet.com is taking the right approach in setting biden early which is doing it at a risk.

All major providers (Paddypower, Betfair, Pinnacle, etc) are withholding the settlement for these very serious reasons until IMHO either 14th December when is the ultimate call for the Electoral College or even before with recounts and in some states like Arizona it's possible that the results are overturned even before Electoral College (federal) through Electoral Commission (national). In any case, the official result of is what stands. So if Stake settles early for biden they're just doing you a favour and they're risking big for you and they'll be probably at a loss because there's plenty of evidence to show where is this going.

You guys seem to be waiting for something which is literally not possible at this point. Biden leads Trump by a big margin at this point. Even if something unexpected happens later, Biden's lead could just decrease by a few votes here and there.

Biden has won both the popular vote while setting a record and the most electoral college votes. The bets should have been settled once the results were declared.

Yep, I got that part. I'm just surprised that Trump still has an implied ~6% chance of winning the election after looking at various news outlet projections.

Betting exchanges are generally considered sharp, so I wouldn't call it free money. Personally I placed 0.25BTC to win 0.019BTC on Biden total but I'm hesitant to bet more *just in case*.

 You just have to refresh  the browser for you to be able to see your updated transaction bets. Yesterday, even notifications isn't working but kinda okay now. They've been updating the site, that is why. But it wasn't lost its just slow in showing the updated bets.

Trump hasn't lost, the result it's still pending. Some bookmakers are paying early for Biden but ensured to pay for Trump if when the election has ended is legally certified as the actual winner. To have a winner you need to have the Electoral College to vote and the loser to concede. None of this happened. These are all projections

All compliant bookmakers pay based on legal based win, those who are paying Biden now are doing it discretionary to calm those who are complaining because they see the news. But legally they're not binded to pay those. And most bookmakers put everything on hold because despite what the media says the result is still unknown and highly disputed. The elections hasn't ended officially and ZERO states have certified the win of either one or the other candidate. The result is when EC certifies and/or loser concedes.

Trump fans could try to make it look like "let's do recount!" and "let's get to courts!" all day want, but the result will not change, not from here on out. First of all we are talking about 306 votes and nothing short, even if you can switch just one state you won't get it, hell you can even change 2 states and you won't get it, which means it is already a sure fire thing because we are not getting 3 or more states flipping with recount all of a sudden.

Secondly and most importantly, Trump team has been firing cases left and right all week, they have been trying to get anything to attach, but from mainly conservative judges of supreme court to all state level smaller places, there has been ZERO that got accepted, which means he has ZERO proof that there were fraud.

Yes, I understand they managed to make voters believe there is fraud, but courts saw literally zero proof of that, only talks.
