Lots of books aren't settling till Jan (or even Feb).  Paying out without settling losing tickets is not something most would even consider.  Hopefully you don't have to pay the losers.

2. Votes are recast

Please clarify point number 2, because recast means re-voting If I'm not mistaken (or re-arrangement?)

What's gonna happen is recount in some states and re-arrangement of votes, it's unlikely they'll go for a re-vote unless the election as a whole gets invalidated and replaced.

My question is most probably a technicality on the term but please clarify recast.

Well if the Votes get re arranged in some states, which makes Trump win that state, then the electoral college votes for that state will go to Trump and be removed from Biden.
Then Rule 3 will become effective.

I think with them 4 rules, they have all bases covered in terms of voting.

Sometimes moving on don't solve your problem most especially when there are clear signs that moving on is not the best option for you. Sometimes it better to fight to the last point available on what you believe in most especially when you have evidence and conviction.

Yes, I as well feel this is probably the perfect way to handle the situation. We know that Biden won, many people talk about the 2000 elections like it was anything similar whereas there is a million different things happening right now with millions of votes difference total in multiple states versus just one state with few hundred votes difference back in 2000, so it is obvious that Biden won.

However we also know Trump fans and we also know gamblers, when you combine it to have a gambler trump fan we all know they will cry out wolf and try to still have a single shred of hope that he might win and they are attaching to this "voter fraud" idea all this well because of it, they hate losing and unless Biden official becomes president there will be ones who will deny the situation.

What is singular is that Biden needs to concede for Trump bettors to win but Trump doesn't have to concede for Biden bettors to early payout. This is a discrepancy and shouldn't be a requirement if it's not applied to both parties.

It's fine if you guys want to pay biden early but I have confidence in "We will do our best to employ logic and reasonability around our outcomes as more information comes into play." So it's fine. But remember, the result is always certified by law, not by media, biden bettors weren't owed this outcome. Stake has proven to be a very fair and square platform beyond legal requirements. But I expect compliance and professionality the official result to be honored. As of now I'm fine with stake.com approach as long as it's legal, fair and reflects the officials decision on the matter which is currently disputed and ongoing. Technically the counting hasn't even ended, and officials have clearly stated recounts, "glitches" are being adjusted and else. As long as the legal and official outcome is respected it's fine. Any action different from the official result will not be legal. Bush vs Gore election lasted 54 days. This is going to take less but I expect fairness to Trump bettors if he wins.

Parlays are hard to hit and it feels brutally painful when you miss a parlay by 1 or 2 bets and that is what often happens with me.

I agree that the stake's stand towards election result is really good but to be fair they should just settle trump as lost and biden as win because clearly even google shows that biden has got it so I don't know why they are taking the risk in case trump wins from court or something like that happens.

Good luck for trump bettors but really don't have your expectations too high because as sweet as it sound to have trump do the impossible by proving there was a voter fraud but really I don't think there is a realistic chance at all here.

Stake keeps giving reasons to love them and really this is a great gesture from them, I was reading on their blog about this statement and really just don't have words for this kind of attitude towards the community, amazing!

I also see the same thing, it's really a good way of showing your truthfulness to your business, there's no need for Biden bettors to wait as it was announced that he win from that counts.

But due to any circumstances or any reason from the other camp conceding is not an opton so there are legalities that may take place.

This is our biggest market ever on stake, the risk for us is in the millions so it definitely sparked a debate internally. Our odds provider is not settling it until next year and we couldn't hold user funds till feb or prematurely say that trump had lost just because the media has called the race. We did however create a set of criteria for what a trump win would constitute in case Trump plots a coup . We tried to hit the right balance here and it has been amazing to see that bettors on both sides of the market have been telling us they are satisfied with our decision.
