It is a common story, I heard many users said the same thing that they got no 1000x after more than 50k bets or 100k bets and I always say to them "change your seed". Most people think that the more bets you made with the same seed, means that it will take you close to the max payout but I myself do not believe it as I believe if I get no good result after few hundred bets, it means that my seed sucks so I have to change the seed.

I used to have that impression, not with plinko but with dice. If I lose a lot and think that even trying to change my odd too much bigger chance of winning and still suffering with a long red streak, changing seeds is my first option. What matters is to get that multi, rest is details on that session  
Dropping over 100k balls doesn't guarantee the 1000x Plinko hit, I prefer to play on 15 rows or sometimes on 14 pins for 420x which hits faster than 1000x.
I have seen 9k dead plinko drops on 170x, the average hitting ratio is around 1:2000. So I for over 4x loss in that seed, this was brutal dead plinko session.

Basically, you won; that is all that matters, you just won and that's it, all the other parts do not really matter at all. I am sure you probably wagered a lot but as long as you ended up with winning then it is already a good result. Plinko is not the type of game where you get zero return at all times, like dice for example.

Nope, I don't.

I guess depends on your day, in busy day the chat or player online in stake can be over 5,000-6.000 people. Comparing to support who online maybe around 10-15 is pretty low, and some support is sometimes needed several check for some case.

5 minutes is not that slow, as answered by ryzaadit above that Stake has many users and 1 support might be in charge to serve more than 500 hundred users.
You need to understand that, lets say there are 5 active supports at the time you contact them but at the same time there are 10 users who are contacting them like you.
It means that you are in waiting list if you come late than the first 5 users who contact them earlier than you.
So I think 5 minutes waiting is still reasonable and it is still fast.
