It depends on your location. For example 1 BTC = 22134996 INR, so if you live in India you need just 0.04 BTC to be a millionaire  Looking at it from a different perspective, you need just 1 BTC to eventually become a millionaire in almost every part of the world. I believe USD will continue inflating, shile BTC is deflating, so at some point 1BTC may be worth 1 million USD, although it won't be the same USD we are using today. If it happens you'll need $100 to buy coffee at starfucks  |

At the moment you just only need 277 bitcoins to be a USD millionaire, but it depends on where do you live, for example in my country with only just 15 bitcoins you can be a millionaire and have a very very rich living.
By the way, i think holding 100 bitcoins will make everyone millionaire in a few years, it depends on the price, but i really believe in bitcoin for the future

i think in present time i have less than 5 bitcoins and now it may be easy to count to that much bitcoin do i need to become millionaire, i will never count that limit because i think it is not so easy to become a millionaire i think we need to work hard for it and only then it may be possible otherwise it may not be so easy. |

Currently, the market value of Bitcoin is above $3,574 and if i could get just two bitcoin only, I will become a millionaire base on my own country currency. So happy for those who were able to hold reasonable amount of their bitcoin till today.

Today bitcoin touches the price of 4000 $ .. and this is bitcoin success in reaching such a high price. I think to be a millionaire does not need to have a lot of bitcoin. You have 2 - 3 bitcoin only. You are already a millionaire. With the price of bitcoin as it is now very likely people become very rich. Investing bitcoin will be profitable and will make you a real millionaire

It depends on the country where you are living too. For example, you can be a millionaire with maybe 0.1BTC in Zimbabwe. But you will still have a shit life there. In my country, you will need about 280BTC to be considered a millionaire. If a day it happens to you, you will be welcome in my country in hope you invest of course and not just avoid the taxs (you will be in the wrong place anyways)

Well if you want to be a millionaire you will need 300 to 400 bitcoins in terms of dollars but in other currencies like my country 10 bitcoins is enough to be a millionaire. Of course if you are an early adapter in bitcoin and still holding in this day. You could be a billionaire.

Bitcoin now is over 3000 usd. How much bitcoin would you say you need now to be a millionaire in the future? I heard there is an expert that said bitcoin will hit 100k but this would take a very long time. This is the guy that predicted bitcoin would hit 2k etc when very few ppl thought about this.
If bitcoin hits 100k a coin, you would need 10 bitcoin. And of course, most people do not have 10 bitcoin or anywhere close to that amount unless they got bitcoin when it was very cheap... or of course they have a lot of money to invest.
To those of you with say 5 bitcoin, do you think its possible? What about those with say 10 bitcoin? I assume those people who got bitcoin earlier and got like 100 bitcoin probably feel very good about being a millionaire? I don't think it would be possible to be a millionaire now with bitcoin if you are buying bitcoin now unless you have alot of money.
Based on present market analysis all you gonna need is 2 peices of Bitcoins, if you may wait for the next 10 years to come! |

10 btc is enough for me to be a millionaire because in my country if you convert that 10 btc it's a 18 million i think. |

I'm not a supporter of the theory that a single Bitcoin will be enough to be a millionaire in a decade. Maybe not even ten bitcoins are enough. But 21 bitcoins is probably enough, after all there will be only 21 million Bitcoins in existence.
At the end you will have to work hard to be a millionaire.

See the 2000$ prediction is understandable when bitcoin had reached 1000$ every new bitcoin has a lot of potential in the future but now we are talking about 100,000$ which is 30 times more than the current price. It took bitcoin a year to reach 3000$ from 1000$ taking this into consideration if the price has to become 100,000$ it would take atleast 45 years

For me I would be glad if I had an 8btc in my country right now because it's an equivalent of 1.4 million of php currency of my national currency. Of course that will take long Years before I will have that certain amount of bitcoin. If that money will become a reality to me, maybe I will be using that for the study of the kids and it really helped us through expenses for my family specially the debts we had can be settled. |

Well if you look at the price increases year of year, the rewards block halving, the difficulty going up, the demand going higher, BTC should be worth tens of thousands of USD by end of next year.
So given that, most people say you need 21 Bitcoin in total to become a millionaire within the next 4 to 5 years.
If you want to hold longer than that, say 10 to 20 years, you probably need only 3 or 4 BTC.

Well I think that for someone to become a millionaire by now, he or she should have 10,000 worth of bitcoins and could be a millionaire at 2025. As of now it is only 2017 and the price of it is very huge, and that is not a joke and it can always pump ahead of time, it is just a matter of time for it to pump again on large amount, because that's how it plays. So people should think about long term investment on bitcoin and in other cryptocurrency. If they knew the concept of long term investment they will surely gain.

Well for me it's really hard to have that big ammount of BTC because I don't even have 1BTC right now or even half of it. My only source of BTC is signature campaign only I am not into trading or any investment. Life is so hard here in my country I'm jobless I don't think I can reach that ammount but I hope so. For now I only wanted to have atleast 1BTC to start my journey to become a millionaire someday. If I were given a chance to be a millionaire someday the first thing I have to do is to buy house and lot and second is to help anybody here in my area life is so hard really in here. I also want them to start embracing BTC but as of now I only have four friends interested in BTC but yeah I am telling my jobless friends we can be millionaires someday if we love and focus ourselves into BTC. |

I'm just getting started in this business so, i need 5 bitcoins to be a millionaire it is pretty hard to achieve this days because bitcoins value is extremely high compared to the past years and the profits I gained is pretty small. But all in all it is not impossible for me to get my millions as long as I do mot quit this bitcoin industry. It will make we a wealth man in the future. I'm only a student today but in the future I will be a freaking rich because of this bitcoins plus my real job in the future. |

Well with the price right now its really hard to earn bitcoin now unless you have lots of money. Yeah 21 btc is enough but the most realistic one for me is having atleast 10btc is enough. Of course we're talking about long term holdings, this will definitely be millions over time. The one's who invest last 4 years ago and they have it until now are the one's who's an early millionaires now. |

I think it would be a quick thing when you can know your bitcoin savings, bitcoin is rising very high and you can just be a billionaire when hoarding a large amount of bitcoin. |

1 bitcoin in my country, Philippines, is 190,000 pesos right now, Assuming that its price will just play around 180,000-190,000 the amount of bitcoin i will need in order to be a millionaire in my country is 6 bitcoin.However, This is only in my country and If ever i will go to other country like US where the value of dollar is 50 pesos to my country, I would just be a middle class man in US so I think i will need a 300 btc for me to be a millionaire in other country as well. |
