How are the crocodiles doing over here? Everything going according to plan?

Finishing up the multiplayer support for Croc-lo. Gizzard has forked some project to get CrocodileCash a paper wallet.

I'm going to put up a demo tonight of Croc-lo, which will not be connected to any payment processor/online blockchain API. There are two reasons for this:

1. Secure my bounty for 30,000 CROCs.
2. Get you guys to test it out without losing your money.

Standby my reptilian friends

The neatest thing is I can support other altcoins quickly, but I am going to remain CrocodileCash exclusive for the time being to show my support.

It may be in our best interest if someone creates a signature banner for Croc-lo. I personally don't have time for it (I am already spending time I shouldn't be on this!).

Awesome mate, can't wait till the CROC community can test it out before you deploy the Final version Smiley

Don't worry your bounty is safe, I and everyone else here are very appreciative of the help you are giving Smiley

Because I can't get it out tonight (I'm still debugging a few things that I know of), here are some screenshots!

If I have more time, I would like to have little 3D dice rolling around. For now, I've gone with looks clean and simple.

I still need to download the wallet so I can get my bounty...!

Just a question, do any of you guys want to chuck in for a YoBit BTC0.1 Premium Coin Addition so together we can get CROC onto at least 1 exchange where it can live indefinitely ?

It's the cheapest exchange listing option that we have at this time and if we split the costs it will seem cheaper Cheesy

I will put BTC0.03333333 towards it, so if another 2+ people are interested let's talk.

OK folks, report issues back here.

http://currypto.club:3001

Note it is very possible the server will crash, so if you get a "server did not respond" error, that is why.

Feedback I'm looking for:

1. Anything you might find weird.
2. UI suggestions.
3. Bugs, or what you might think is a bug.

I would like to add a chat to this game too, but that will have to wait.

Eventually I will host it at http://croclo.currypto.club

Gizzard, is this enough for now to claim my bounty?

I haven't yet. Please read the last couple pages of this thread Smiley

It will be done, don't worry Wink

If everything goes well, I can use your API for other cryptocurrencies. Like I said previously, for now, I am remaining CrocodileCash exclusive to show my support.

Once CrocodileCash is put onto an exchange, I will wait 1-2 months before adding support for other cryptocurrencies.

Ah, I had assumed no Linux binary meant no Linux support either.

I just gave the croc-lo game a go after watching the youtube tutorial about cee-lo to understand it since it is my first time playing & it is addictive Grin

Just to let everyone know some rough calculations about cee-lo:

With three six-sided dice there are 6 × 6 × 6 or 216 possible permutations.

4-5-6: 6/216 = 2.777777778% (Automatic Win)
Trips: 6/216 = 2.777777778%
Point: 90/216 = 41.66666667%
1-2-3: 6/216 = 2.777777778% (Automatic Loss)
Meaningless permutations: 108/216 = 50%

I did however get these & I don't see what happened.

BANK rolled a 1,1,1 and won with a score of 20 Trip but I didn't get to roll, why ?

BANK rolled a 1,2,2 with a score of -1 but I didn't get to roll, why ?

Missing Username

Other than that the game works pretty good after testing it out for about 10 mins, I quite enjoyed it.

I never got to test the multiplayer since nobody was in the room although it does seem like a great way to bring the crowd to the game.

Some idea's

more stat's info are needed:

top 10 highs wins,
top 10 highest bet's
# of Roll sins the game launch

chat is needed on the left side next to the logo ( but it was said, it already on the road map)
make the "How to play" video to open in a new window when the user click on it

Because a triple is an automatic win for the Bank. I'm using Wikipedia's description as the standard for my game.

If the bank had gotten n,n,1, it would've lost instantly. It's funny because this happened for you:

Quote
BANK rolled a 1,2,2 and won with a score of -1 but I didn't get to roll, why ?

You said "and won", but actually the Bank lost - that's why you are highlighted as Green. I don't know why the "You've won!" didn't appear though... In fact I don't see "You've lost!" either appear, odd.

You didn't get to roll because you didn't have to - you either instantly won or lost in both of the cases you posted!

Not sure why username suddenly disappeared!

Quote

Multiplayer was probably the hardest part of all this. The game itself did not take long to implement. It is extremely difficult covering all these edge cases. To be transparent, it is even possible to pay money to Croc-lo, but be "kicked" from the lobby by the host. It is a very tiny window of time, but is not exploitable, because the host does not know if someone is connecting or not. Someone is considered "joined" only when their payment has gone through. There is also no benefit to people who do this. Because:

In these cases, users can contact me with their Tx hash, and I will refund them. It can be automated as well, but I'm not sure how reliable that could be. Manual intervention seems like the best course of action.

The only way to avoid this is create an account system, have players send money to their accounts, and start games using their account credits, which a huge fucking slew of complexity I don't want to touch. This is essentially what all walled-garden online casinos do. It is a non-issue as I said if I issue refunds either manually or automatically.

This is also why only relatively small amounts of CROC can be used (1-100). It is not like a casino where you are physically there with reality-based security (lol)! Plus if something goes wrong it is not the end of the world, and worst comes to worst, I can issue a refund based on what has happened.

The way I have it now is ideal in the sense that everything is dealt in absolutes - we are only dealing with CROC.

So here's the thing: there is no database attached to this sucker. I do not record anything. This was out of lack of time and no need honestly. I have architectured and developed everything from scratch over the week after work. As far as I know, this is the first (!) and only cryptocurrency Cee-lo implementation in existence.

I can record number of rolls, but if the server restarts they will be lost. Same goes for top 10 anything.

Keep the feedback coming Smiley I will continue working on it tonight.

Getting build errors...Particularly anything to do with Bignum. Anyone else experience this? I'm building the headless wallet.

This is my gcc version: gcc (Debian 6.3.0-18) 6.3.0 20170516

I see it says I should build with 4.9 - is that what others have done?

How I was talking I launched  beta version of marketplace at cryptohub,   and there is CROC as the first coin:

https://cryptohub.online/market/CROC/

I have added 10 CROC to all users and I will reward my users (reward in CROC) for finding issues at marketplace so now it can be a possibility to buy cheap CROC

How I was talking I launched  beta version of marketplace at cryptohub,   and there is CROC as the first coin:

https://cryptohub.online/market/CROC/

I have added 10 CROC to all users and I will reward my users (reward in CROC) for finding issues at marketplace so now it can be a possibility to buy cheap CROC

nice work man, is the site api compatible with coinmarketcap.com ?

If so, you should submit it so coinmarketcap.com does track cryptohub.online/market volume
