I tried to find out what's the underplaying value of the token I'm I correct that there is none meaning the whole assets of the company are controlled by you. utrust just intends commit to a buy back program with a percentage of the spending fee and than intends to burn the tokens.

It's always good to have an alpha or some demo ready even before the ICO starts. Helps to gain some trust among the community.

Please remember that people who run threads are often not affiliated with the company. Often they are just thread managers or similar.

Yes correct. The amount of tokens you can get with 1 ETH depends on its value at that exact time.
