One question for the Community Manager(s):

It says that according to your NYC policy you won't release the tokens to whoever purchased them unless he accomplished the verification process? Is That True ?

Should i start the verification process now before tomorrow so i can get my Bought tokens after ICO.

Utrust really needs to push the product development, they are getting new competition as days pass by. There's other projects that are making online payments available to the public,  with different solutions and a variety of cryptos...

I dont think any of them have buyer protection tho... So utrust still has an advantage in that area

Yes, they should now focus on developing the platform and getting merchants on board. It's good that they are a way ahead of their roadmap and plan to start testing the platform with first merchants already in Dec this year.

They have an advantage over their competitors but they have to focus on developing a product that lives up to expectations so as not to lose their position in the market.

The KYC process isn't open yet, you will get an email after the ICO with the instructions. I think, after whole KYC procedure will be fininished the tokens will be released.

For two factor authentication i have downloaded the google Authentocator and scanned the code but when i try to fill in the code from authenticator then i get the error in utrust that its an invalid code. Is anyone facing this problem.

As soon as they will manage to get a decent partner, their will get recognized in online payment community and from there on there souldnt be any problem. The big question is, how to attract a good partner to use Utrust.

For that they will need to have a working platform that potential partners can test. According to Kakumei they will have it ready until the end of the year. So 2018 will be an interesting year for UTrust.

Because in altcoins, many project have the same purpose which is to allow the customer to use cryptocurrency as payment in any of their transactions. So how do you manage the competition between other projects? Do you have any programs, strategies and techniques that will attract more investors and clients?
