So, in total they raised 21 mn usd? 17,5 mln + 3.5 on pre-ico.
How many tokes will be on exchanges? 500 mln? Or devs tokens will be frozen?

good question, goes all the unsold token to the exchanges?

50 million tokens went to the UTrust team. I guess these won't be available on exchanges. Another 100 million tokens were sold to private investors and are vested for 1 year.

That means around 350 million tokens should be circulating.

If they will stick with this and 100 million tokens wont be tradable for one year, then this is a great move by Utust team. We will see how they will survive initial bounty hunters dump but from then on, the value should go just up.

It's always a great move if devs make them untradeable for some time. It builds up trust and prevents investors from huge dumps.

i hope the bounty hunter dump it in short time, dev still developing their program, investor hold their token.
and, in short time to, dev launch their program, so the token value will increase.

I have said it before, I am a bit disappointed that technically the only mechanism for the tokens to increase in value is by burning at most 50 million tokens a year. Or after the halving, I suppose it is 25 million tokens a year now. Still have no answer about that, but let us assume that is the case. UTrust is also going to sell 2% a year. That means at most a yearly ~3% increase for the first few years. Unlike traditional stock you do not get voting rights. Tell me then, what is going to take UTrust tokens to the moon?

What I'm really looking forward to is seeing the platform working or at least a demo. But according to your roadmap it seems that we are still going to have to wait for it. I will have to settle for the news that they are getting in the meantime.

Every investment needs to mature. You have to wait some time to be able to use Utrust platform

probably, but as far as i know, the tokens are going to bought back by utrust only to be burned, hence there is no use for them on the utrust plattform.
