This worries me... What/who is your source? Is there any valid evidence in this regard? I do not think utrust will do such a thing, they do the job casually and want better results, no hurry, see what will happen in the future, we will go to the moon together Lol, that guy didn't have any idea what he was talking about... I don't even think that he knows what the "premine" means ... But when you put out fud in big letters it scares some investors to go for lower the prices.

Really sad to see all these worries with the KYC. My little feedback. For me, it went well on November 30th. Just 10 minutes with the video call on the phone. (I am in France). I hope that the last concerns will be solved for the last ones that they have not yet done, or who have difficulty in having the documents requested.

I do not think utrust will do such a thing, they do the job casually and want better results, no hurry, see what will happen in the future, we will go to the moon together I decided to stay away from the thread for a lot of panic posting and insecurity is doing a man's head in. Not to mention questions remained unanswered anyway. My kind suggestion to you and to whoever it may concern is to ignore those type of messages. Perhaps even ignore the thread. As soon as the stuff hits your retina it imposes mostly negative vibes for no reason. I agree with you in that we can only roll along and wait for what the future holds. At the end of the day we made the choice to trust and invest in the project which can only have a bad or a good ending. All what's in between including >90% of the content of what's posted here has zero relevance. Although the idea is brilliant I'm still of the opinion the UTRUST team seems to have a mountain range of learning ahead of themselves. But I have faith and will support until there is not a shred of doubt left to conclude it was all a mirage. I think we are pretty far from that point. So stick with it, and for the sake of god relax very sad this KYC verification
Is it? FYI: https://medium.com/@UTRUST/a-primer-on-the-importance-of-kyc-b0d2d618f533

It has already finished, more precisely their ICO has ended 12 days ago. But you'll be able to buy it on HITBTC

With due respect, I am not a critic, I am also well-wisher like others. I completed many KYCs where you just upload your documents and informations but here is a different procedure. please accept my apology in advance if I hurt someone but believe me I spend two whole days in front of the computer just to complete KYC. My second concern is rising price of ETH. We invest the money for what ? of course for profit. No doubt we bought @0.65$ with no bonus. when Ico start rate was approx 300$/ ETH. My question is where is the rise of price margin i.e. $200 will go? with due respect, if you see, Bitclave on due date issue/paid tokens @ highest ETH price not @ 300$. they have given the benifit of price rising direct to investors, not put in their pockets. other example is Cashaa please check.

My KYC is a pain. It is the 4th time I try to do it, but when I arrive to the "Sign Documents" it always display "Invalid PDF" inside the "FORM A" and I can't go on, because if I press "Sign" a new popup appear for phone confirmation, and when I confirm, it change and stucks on "Verify your documents and signatures" or something similar, whith the loading circle that turn forever...

While I have some concers about UTRUST, the KYC issue really isn't their fault. Thing is: companies want to follow KYC guidelines of the location they're registered, which is Switzerland in this case. There is only one company doing KYC for ICOs in Switzerland as it seems, which is IDnow. Look over at Hdac, they're backed by Hyundai, it's a 200 million dollar project and surely no scam - they are registered in Zug, Switzlerand as well and they have exactly the same issues with IDnow (Intrum and IDnow are partners). https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2402330.msg25764501#msg25764501There are just no other valid legal options according to their lawyers, so it's hard to find a way to solve this.

This is not the case as UTRUST - according to their newsletter you should have received - switched from IDnow to Jumio in a matter of days.

I received an email advising that the KYC process will be receiving a new company for verification, and if you have invested less than 500 dollars the level of requirement will be lower...this is true ? upload image

I got same email. Still waiting invitation for KYC. Actually, the preparation of UTRUST team is not good. Most of investors feel unhappy. Hope everything is better. We invest in UTK and we always hope you get successful.
