Allegedly they reached the cap, but the fact is that minutes before the ICO ending they were still missing over 25 million tokens. Take a look at the ICO progress bars on utrust.io, they are not filled completely.

when distribution utrust token dev if investor can't verification can refund or not, i hope can refund, much friend can't vefied because need pasport
iam read if verification only investor above 500 dollar is true or not thank you
Why they can't verify? UTRUST has revised the needed document more lightweight for investors who have invested under $500. They only need their ID or licence to verify their ICO.

Why is the campaign media table not calculated? No number of tokens. And when will they begin to pay rewards?
You must wait the bounty manager update total token reward for all bounties. It will take much times, you do not need to check them every day, create a schedule and check the speardsheet every week or month, you can save your time to do other things.

Are you working on the project now? Or, because of delays in verification, the time frame for the execution of work on white paper is postponed?

It is really strange situation. Was there any official information about verification? Because I have found only rumors about it.
what information? if you are asking about the verification, it is required and it is posted on their website when you participate on the ICO. go to their telegram for more info.

Seriously, all the crap i see people posting in here... Sounds like this is the first time you were asked for filling a kyc, get used to it. It's going to happen in every ico soon. And if they are not doing a kyc in ico, they are probably scamming you.

It’s not about the KYC though, it’s about a lack of communication and continued (unexplained) delays in their KYC process. The dates keep shifting.

It’s not about the KYC though, it’s about a lack of communication and continued (unexplained) delays in their KYC process. The dates keep shifting. The delays were not unexplained at all. The KYC provider that accepted us (IDNow) has oversold and underdelivered. This was explained our last email and on our Telegram announcement channel. Let me post it again here: Dear Community,First of all, we would like to apologize for the long wait — in the future, we will be enhancing our efforts to keep you updated, in a faster and more efficient manner. 💪 Last week, we have started the account verification process by sending out invitations to our investors. This is an automated process and invitations are being sent out in batches. If you haven’t yet, you will receive your invitation within the next 2-3 weeks.Once you receive the email, you will need both, an identification documentas well as a proof of address. For the former, please check out the approved documents here. 👈 Unfortunately, and due to circumstances beyond our control, our KYC provider has informed us that they are no longer able to accept driver’s licenses as proof of ID. We are very sorry for any inconvenience caused and have updated the list above to reflect this. For the proof of address, any official invoice/bill/letter from your utility provider (gas, water, electricity, internet, phone, …) as well as credit card bills, bank statement and similar will work as long as they are not older than 3 months. Our objective is to release the tokens in December. We intend to give all of our Contributors the opportunity to perform the KYC procedure before this time, but it is also your responsibility to ensure that you have all the necessary documentation readily available. All the best,Your UTRUST Team We also then send another email, which was this one: Dear Community,As you already know, our KYC account verification did not live up to our high standards and expectations. In order to address this issue immediately, we have been in discussions with our legal team. Today we are happy to announce the engagement of another KYC service provider, Jumio. This will allow all those who invested up to $500 in our ICO to be verified in fast and efficient manner. Additionally, we are now allowed to accept additional types of documents. You can see all the accepted documents for these investors here: https://www.jumio.com/id-verification/netverify/supported-countries/ Please note that if you invested up to $500 you will only require:- One of the ID documents listed above. - A proof of residence, such as a recent bill or bank statement. Following a short testing and implementation period for the Jumio integration, we expect to be able to process thousands of investors per day by next week. We will send out new invitations as soon as feasible. 💥Those who already completed KYC will not have to do it again. All the best, Your UTRUST Team I strongly suggest everybody here to check their emails and whitelist "utrust.io" not to miss anything. Alternatively you can also join our Telegram announcement channel here: https://t.me/utrustannouncements.

Is it just me or do i think a few people on here need a bit of patience, I myself received a mail followed the steps as requested and within seconds of me completing the KYC process i was passed as verified.
Why is everyone panicking and trying to cause huge hysteria over this project?
I myself have seen no issues so far and until i see a major issue and cannot claim my tokens i will then start asking questions

It's frustrating to get tokens that late but I have trust in this project. And I hope when we look back at some point we won't remember this annoying waiting process.

Dear Community,
Today we are issuing a small update on our KYC process. Our development team is working effortlessly on the new KYC procedure — powered by Jumio — that will be able to process thousands of ICO contributors per day, starting at end of this week. If you contributed up to $500, please have these documents ready: - ID Document - A recent proof of address (e.g. bank statement, utility bill) For all investors that invested over $500, we continue to send out invites every day (Monday — Friday) and should complete this process in approximately 10 working days. All the best, Your UTRUST Team

Hello Utrust community,
Reading all these negative comments forced me to create an account here and write this message.
Although its a shame that the tokens are not released according to the initial schedule yet you should not worry and spread "scam" rumours. The KYC process is obligatory by (I guess in this case) the Swiss government as investors from certain countries are not allowed to invest in this ICO (like for example North Korea), thus making it necessary for us investors prove who we are and that we live in the approved countries. And that we are actual investors/persons. This has nothing to do with the Utrust's team trying to scam you or to delay the token distribution. If you read their messages you will see that they are frustrated as well..
In just several days they have found another partner to complete the KYC process as fast as possible. This shows their ability to solve problems as they go. Yes they missed their deadline. I've got a surprise for you: they will miss another. Don't judge them by their very early mistakes but rather by how they solve these mistakes as they go.
For me the KYC process worked after 4 times of trying: SMS did not work, the online form was not submitted properly and some connection issues.. 4th time took me 2 minutes to complete the process. My advice - have your documents ready!
And by the way, demanding your tokens now is like demanding bricks for a house building of which will start in a year. If you want to trade the tokens as fast as possible then maybe you should not invest in an ICO but rather just buy some currency on an exchange. KYC for which is obligatory as well..
Now is the time to show Utrust our support as they need it the most as their plan is not working as well as they hoped. Work with them and give them the time to deliver their milestone. They can and most probably will do a great job and we as the community must support them
Sorry for the rant,
Bye
