Aptoide is a Portuguese project, so it isn't that surprising given that Utrust is basically also Portugese (despite its Swiss shell company). The thing is, Aptoide repos are also hosting warez, so I am not sure if that is the kind of company I would want to associate with. However the fact that they're not active here distresses I don't know why big projects stop being active here. Clearly most of your investors are here. Why are you hiding in shadows? Come here and reply questions, hire a community manager just for here and make good public relation. This is very important for big projects.

If I remember correctly, UTRUST is a project about online payment and want to become the next payment method can compete to Paypal, is right? But I'm seeing UTRUST cooperate with an android app store and it's not related anything about payment .

Hi, I need some help from someone who has successfully done the UTRUST KYC verify process. I am trying to start the verify process to verify and move my UTRUST tokens to my wallet after the recent ICO - but I can't even get passed the first KYC step: "personal information" page. It asks for a "mobile number" at the bottom of the first webpage but no matter what phone number format I enter I get a red triangle error "Please enter a valid mobile number". I have tried with and without the country code, adding dashes and spaces to the phone number but nothing seems to work. I can not get to the second page to continue and install the webcam software or upload documents. Does anyone know what I might be doing wrong with the mobile number format? This is very frustrating as I have all my documents ready including "Form A" but can not get passed this first page error.
The available KYC help document PDF file does not show the bottom of the first webpage and offers no information on what format the mobile number should be?
with thanks in advance for any help if you have been successful in the IDnow KYC UTRUST verify process.

It was the worst and overwhelming KYC approval process I have ever seen. I have invested in all of Korea, China and european ICOs, but I have not seen a project like UTRUST that has fallen investors.

Actually, this KIC process is taking a long time, it seems that the KYC process has been changed in order to speed up the process

So maybe utrust will be the payment gateway of the store? Or it will be one of the solutions for the payment?

Correct format is: +(country code)(mobile number) e.g. for Spain +34621865321 where +34 is country code.

It is my understanding that UTRUST should have a token identifier that all can use to add the symbol and token identifier to your wallet. Myetherwallet allows you to add (new) custom tokens like that if your token does not already appear in their (long) list of coins-tokens. Offline wallets like Coinomi, Block chain, do not appear to support many of the newer coins and tokens as of yet. Again, the onus is on UTRUST to provide all verified KYC investors with good and easy to follow transfer instructions. I have faith that UTRUST will get information out once the majority of all investors are verified. For those complaining about UTRUST's process can you imagine the magnitude of work to get this far with their ICO. A young team that I think was overwhelmed with the scope of this but doing an amazing job. I remain impressed by UTRUST!

For those complaining about UTRUST's process can you imagine the magnitude of work to get this far with their ICO. A young team that I think was overwhelmed with the scope of this but doing an amazing job. I remain impressed by UTRUST!
Impressed doing what exactly? The ball is in their court now. So far, they have presented nothing in terms of the product - it was all about marketing and raising millions of dollars. I am sorry, if you want to play in this league, you better do your homework, and certainly don't expect your investors to feel sorry for you.
