What is their support telegram group guys, i used to have it, but last couple of days, can't find it ? did they BAN me or something or they just take that group down ?

I didn't say anything that is FUD or anything like that, if they banned me like that, i'll have to contact their legal department to have a Re-Fund for my investment, that's better i guess that all this headache of KYC.

I joined the telegram group today with another username just to unban my official user (ansi09), but it seems that the admin there is soooooooooo DAMN ARROGANT, he keeps banning users according to his narrow point of view, it's like his own house not a group for an official project, 0 professionalism with that guy.

He banned my other user too just to satisfy his EGO.

Is there anyway to get a refund from these people, i'm stuck with the KYC thing, no support at all !!!

AGAIN: i dare that arrogant admin there if i did anything wrong, he BANNED me by mistake for sure but his arrogance won't let him say " sorry, it was a mistake ", instead he's acting like a lil baby.

This is how uTrust treat their investors, got it now people.

Exactly the same problem as I described earlier. Either they going to replace this admin, either they going to refund us with apologies either we should make a group together and start taking legal actions against their Admin. Im an investor without possibility to see further developments, news, anything therefore I ask to be refunded in order to invest into other project where Admins do their job instead of spreading tyranny.

At least their statement about kyc and token listing stopped the fud in the thread. I hope they will really do what they announced. I want to see my tokens worth on 29th.

They have only said about 1,000 times HitBTC and Kucoin to start. Token holders can get tokens on the 28th and trading begins on the 29th.

Utrust just finished its ICO. Will be available in probably 1-3 weeks on Hitbc and Kucoin (there may be other exchanges).  The ICO price was 0.065-0.07 cents each token.  I assume the UTK token will list at that price to start. Great time to get in as the price per token will increase over time.

What about investor who couldn't verify their accounts? They can't withdraw their tokens? Will they be refunded?

If they cannot prove their identity, they are most probably scammers, tokens should not be refunded

I am not a scammer but can not get passed the final smstext message to my cell phone, even though I am using the SAME phone for Two factor authentic with it  to see my utrust dashboard.  Id now has my form A, passport photos, utility bill and online signed  consent form but I  still am not verified.   Utrust keeps telling me that I should be able to redo the verification but when I go to idnow they do not connect me to an agent but send an onscreen message saying I need to contact utrust support .  This is  very frustrating for me. I have tried verifying about 8-10 times but get the same error at the end of the idnow process.  Then to read your post is too much. Not everyone who is having problems with verifying is a scammer.   I am losing hope as there seems to be no resolution from UTRUST on how to overcome my SMS text problem.

agree with your opinions, we should monitor the development of this project, this project looks very nice and great technology. I hope the developers will update more news so that investors can continue to monitor the situation

Do we know which token is the correct one on MEW? There's two. One with 0 supply and the other with 1 billion, but as far as I know there will be only 500 million tokens available from UTrust.

Our contributors will soon be able to withdraw the tokens they purchased during our ICO. In this short guide, we aim to make it as easy as possible to transfer the tokens from your dashboard into your private wallet.

When Will the Tokens Be Released?
We have sent all invites to complete KYC to eligible contributors, and our tokens will be released on 28 December 2017. This gives everybody a chance to complete the account verification before the year ends.

What Wallet Can I Use to Store My Tokens?
You will need a wallet that can handle custom ERC20 tokens like EOS, OmiseGo, etc. We can confirm that you can add custom tokens to the following wallets:

*MyEtherWallet (Web)
*MetaMask (Browser)
*Parity (Desktop)
*Mist (Desktop)
*Ledger Nano S / Ledger Blue (Hardware)
*Trezor (Hardware)

You can withdraw directly to the exchanges if you prefer and if they allow deposits of our token (UTK). You can also leave your tokens in your dashboard until you decide to collect them at a later stage if you feel more comfortable with that. We do recommend you to withdraw to your private wallet as soon as possible though.

So do you still have to withdraw them to  my ether wallet first or can you move them directly onto a ledger nano s from the UTUST dashboard I've never used a ledger nano s before and am not to sure the way to go about it with these tokens.

Could someone run me through the process of getting them off the UTUST dashboard onto a ledger nano s. Thanks.
