Yes we partner with ICOpromo team that has a great knowledge and experince of the blockchain technology. Icopromo team worked together with Alexander Ivanov on the Waves platform project for example. They provide necessary blockchain expertise. In regards to the VC Funds that target blockchain projects we connect to them with our wide network of partners, and we will make an announcement shortly about our partnerships.

When i get tokens, how will I be able to store them?

Nick, FundCoin tokens are ERC20 compliant and can be stored on Ethereum wallets which support this protocol. You can store FundCoins (FND) by using Ethereum and Ethereum Compatible Wallets: https://www.MyEtherWallet.com, https://metamask.io or Mist Wallet (if you have some development/programming experience).

We use the Ethereum infrastructure for issuing tokens and smart contracts. Our tokens are ERC20 compliant and are stored on Ethereum wallets which support this protocol. We've found the Ethereum to be a solid, comprehensive platform to work with and useful for implementing everything we need to effectively launch the FundCoin infrastructure and to protect the interests of our investors.

Please, tell me, how can you be so sure about your project’s success?

Unlike many other ICOs, which are designed to make money from the buyers rather than for them, FundCoin already has a well-coordinated teamwith extensive experience and, more important, a working product. We offer the crypto world to invest in a Fund that is run by professional managers and so linked to the structure that provides a safer harbour in the highly volatile blockchain market. With its strategy of supporting the FND value through buybacks, this ICO is the next step in the fast growing blockchain industry. Such a downside protection strategy will give FundCoin buyers more security.

To support liquidity and NAV growth, the Fund will use the profits from FundCoin’s portfolio of investments to quarterly buy back FNDs from the secondary market and burn them. There is no direct relationship between liquidity and tokens repurchase, but given the positive performance and the yielding assets of the Fund, which is professionally managed by a highly experienced team, we expect this strategy to create market confidence which can drive the price of FND up.

At this point, we have decided to distribute profits via the buyback program since FundCoin will be traded on cryptocurrency exchanges, and it might be difficult to indicate the beneficiaries. Nevertheless, this could be solved in the future with the support of exchanges, so we do expect to include the possibility of paying dividends. Normally, private equity investors receive only capital gains distributions, which is similar to the buyback program we have. However, we hope to be able to deliver more.
