So I think the better bitcoin of gold is right, if true this is a wonderful opportunity for everyone. They buy bitcoin and saved for 3 years ahead even more. Bitcoin has its own value just rocked the world with a value of 4000 usd. Beat the gold price. I think bitcoin is the gold of digital money that deserves to be recognized as a promising investment.

I don't know how did you come to a conclusion by saying that you can make money in short time by mining. You sure do make money, but few cents only. The maintenance and trouble you have to go through is not worth it. Heck, you might not even make profit and will end up making losses. You can make profit from mining, but not in a short term. You will need to hold your coins for a while. |

Bitcoin has no material shape and we fall in love the moment you can lose your money . This is a more risky asset. but it is more advantageous now. |

The popularity and the demand of bitcoin can be compared to the Gold. And in case of investment, Bitcoin giving a surety in profit for last 10 years and it seem to be more valuable as the time progress. So in my opinion bitcoin is certainly 'The New Gold'.

Bitcoin can be a good alternative tool as a replacement of gold. day by day Bitcoin is becoming a lucrative and profitable saving item. it is also getting accepted across the world day by day. for me, Bitcoin should be considered as a new era for saving and investment in parallel with gold.
Yes we can consider bitcoin as a new i think when it comes to its price. Because their value was tool high which can help one individual. But i think bitcoin was not still like it because government still doesnt accept it as a money for paying anything that you buy from store. Only few accept it as a payment. For me bitcoin has becamed the digital gold wich i can use to save as well to buy anything i wanna or need. The fact those isnt material doesnt mean nothing i can forge a coin with my wallet adress soo it can be compared to gold... its useless bitcoin is better then gold, and you are in plenty control over them.

I bought my first bitcoin in March and my best friend invested in gold in the same period.
There is no need to tell you who is most happy now
Short timeframe. We got a really harsh ralley recently. I think on the long term humanity will stick with the usual stuff since milenniae, that includes rice as a currency because you can eat that. But thinking "today" there is a solid option in focusing on all types of crypto stuff. Bitcoin meanders, changes, obviously a lot more this last august of 2017 than ever before. That Segwit stuff opens up a completely new possibility. I dont know where to make some good use of that, however. Atomic cross chain exchange, Litecoin and the like. Still not visible how that will effect daytrader's lives. |

These two entities is different so comparing these two is kinda out of line. I know gold had been a good store of value but due to bitcoin's volatility and low saturation market, it somehow beat gold on that aspect. But as I said, they are different having gold as tangible and bitcoin as digital or intangible. Among the two, gold is way more important and have more usage than Bitcoin but since Bitcoin market is driven by speculation, the price surge this high. Though i still do not consider Bitcoin as new gold because bitcoin is bitcoin. |

No i don't think that bitcoin is the new gold because gold is standardised around the globe. Also gold has a comparitevely less variable value so it is stable whereas bitcoin has a variable value it is very prone to fluctuations and bitcoin is not standardised around the globe. It is not governed by any government or bank.

Yes bitcoin is a new gold. For some reason why bitcoin is bitter than gold now is the appreciation of user and consumer of this cryptocurrencies. Nowadays there are lot of country used bitcoin than gold. But gold is still gold and it is the basis of all country in there economic growth but bitcoin is unpredictable than gold and no one knows that the bitcoin is big bang theory of changes in crypto world.

So I think everything. Just what will you do if bitcoin starts with the same speed or even faster to fall down? You must understand what ever the price may increase and someday it will happen. It seems to me that it is too early to speak about bitcoin as a reliable investment.
We can say that bitcoin is gold because bitcoin is work on tradings and transaction that has from of value in the market which is related to its stock like gold. But in terms of transactions bitcoin is more that a gold because it could be used in faster and more reliable transactions. |

Bitcoin will never be a new gold since people need something physical to have as a starting point for price.
If the price of gold crashes, everything will crash.
Bitcoin is tied to a gold just as any other fiat is.
The price will fluctuate, but the gold will stay as a prime factor, and countries will save it in it reserves
