Can you give more info? How long was the wait, how old was your account, what was your ticket topic (enhanced verification issue - name mismatch?) and where you are based? Thanks!

Everyone who has multiple tickets for bittrex support needs to log in to support and delete all but their original ticket ... I know this is frustrating as F@#$ but I'm sure some people have taken to opening ticket after ticket .. do that on Twitter,  tweet all day of you want & add comments to your original ticket but delete all of your tickets but the original .... I think this needs to be repeated all over any place where people are talking about their tickets ...

I tried Bitfinex the other day after being disgusted by the new Bittrex verification policy, but the Bitfinex interface was messy, and they wanted a minimum withdrawal of $250US even on little coins like IOTA which seemed strange to me.

I have just registered on Binance, as some people here suggested to do, unlike Bittrex, Binance have 3 levels of verification the default still allows up to 2BTC of withdrawals per day which is plenty for me.

If Bittrex want to loose business because of their unacceptable default 0 BTC withdrawal without verification policy, so be it.

what about the other altcoins?  is it whatever is equivalent to 2btc?  What are the withdraw fees because bittrex i heard is 0.001 btc fee ?

You send them the IDs and everything they require without thinking to whom you are trusting your documents. Your identity will be sold on the black market.

And what do you want people to do, genius? If you have thousands of dollars or more stuck there, there is no other solution than giving them your ID. Many other exchanges ask for ID too, for fiat withdrawals anyways, it's not like bittrex is the only one, they are just extremely unprofessional and your link is not confirmed.

I have thousands of dollars in many exchanges. They were not shady when I started using it. It was supposed to be one of the biggest and most reliable exchange out there. There aren't really many options to choose from anyways.

They fucking change the withdrawal limit from 0.025btc to 0 btc for unverified account and now i can't withdrawal my coins on bittrex. Stupid me just realized it yesterday when i deposit and sell my altcoins on bittrex but when i want withdrawal my bitcoins, it said you need tp verify first. Fucking scammer.

Wait, before verifying, if you are actually going to try their automatic system, make sure you use all your real data on the basic verification so you don't get any errors when using the enhanced verification system, otherwise you gonna have to wait weeks like everyone else.

I put all data right on Basic verification, but wd limit set to 0.0 they found no match.

before 35 days i start the Encha. verification with my driver license and id as backup ..... No Answer

after 7 days i wrote the Support. Automatic answer.......they need time...
no answers on my questions....

after 14 days i got a automatic update if the case is done if yes no answer is needed end it will be closed. i answered.......

again 7 days later i ask for an update... No answer ....

Now around 7 days later still no Update Answer or verification from that guys.


for me it only looks like scam and my btc are lost its the same shit every year with sso much exchanges.... bittrex sucks.

I'm not trading thousands thats the problem I'm just a small time trader same as I was since 2013 and they made it absolute zero for everyone even those who worked without problems for years.   Some notice would have been good or they will end up keeping these funds maybe that was the point behind it.   Especially over xmas seems really bad timing

yep same here and its not that verifying is the problem but they wont recognise information every other website on the internet acknowledges.   I've had the same address for decades, I can apply for a credit card on amazon but this crypto exchange says I dont exist.  The fault is theres, I only need a very basic account but they've locked people out which is not acceptable and I just hope its not deliberately done to obstruct access.

I read their guidelines, I have multiple middle names so is that a problem.   I dont use all of them constantly for crypto sites, like I say any fiance site I can think of accepts my identity.

thats not the problem.... i have 21 btc there now. they have all from my side... my ID my Driver lic. and all basic informations.. and i give them over a month of time.

a answer with the problem and all is fine but i got nothing, so for me its scam nothing more...
