Hazard, I send you a PM 2 days ago, can you please respond at your earliest convenience.  Much appreciated.
Lol
inb4 catholicoin and minerscoin, both SHA256

Didn't his algorithm poll show that people wanted scrypt? Or did he choose SHA256 anyway, I wasn't really paying attention...
You may be right, all I remember is that he got mad so I assumed he would do what he initially planned

Own address: 19QkqAza7BHFTuoz9N8UQkryP4E9jHo4N3 - Pywallet support: 1AQDfx22pKGgXnUZFL1e4UKos3QqvRzNh5 - Bitcointalk++ script support: 1Pxeccscj1ygseTdSV1qUqQCanp2B2NMM2

I went with the poll. Scrypt, although I wanted SHA256 for merge mining and ASICS. The people won.

And I banned CatholicCoin and OrphanCoin csuse of the people didn't want it.

But where the hell is Hazard and c4n10, these guys haven't responded to my PM in 3 days now.  I have 4 guys now PM'ing me to build a coin but I don't know who to trust.  Some want 2BTC upfront and have like 14 total posts.  Scam?  It's hard to tell.

What do you know about him?  I want to add features and for that I need a real programmer - self learned or college educated makes no difference with me as long as he can code well.

i'm programing noob , but i have great idea for coin im willing to pay if someone can develop it , i was wondering is it possible to create a render coin like 3d graphics rendering coin , the idea is all the computing power of the network goes to who ever pays rendercoin as much as he pays he gets the computing power needed to render his art work and the donors  gets coins as mush as they donate with computing power (solving rendering request blocks ) , this way this coin will have great value , big corporations and 3d film making companies will seek this coin to get cheep computing power , saving the headache  of rendering servers and their heat and electricity costs , i thought its possible coz i know that crypto coins is all about algorithm so is 3d renedering , sorry for my eng btw .   Roll Eyes

Such a thing would not only be extremely difficult to create, but also fall short in terms of efficiency to competitor services like amazon EC2.

Value of a line of text in a client that few people use anyway is very questionable.
Easy to mod client to block out advertisement.
Pools would control what gets displayed anyway since no one solo mines.

Also giving people an easy way to inject data into the blockchain is never a good thing.

Not sure if the OP is serious, or has a good sense of humour.

I have no idea how to create a coin of my own, but I've been thinking about an idea...

Veterans Coin (VET)

What would make it different? When you set up your wallet, you would have the option to select a veterans charity (e.g. Wounded Warriors, etc...) and every time you buy something it or trade it, a % automatically gets donated to that charity.

You could do similar things for other social interests: breast cancer, st. judes, CF, MS, etc...

Coins with a (Social) Conscience!

Can someone help me make this happen?
