While there is no email attached at the time of application than how the team will find the which email are linked to any account. Claim form has very confusing method to make claim.

I don't know about that actually, how can they know it's actually the owner of the bitcointalk profile that's claiming responsibility? Anyone can claim it's me, send another email and an MEW address and take my bounty (I've already filled in the form and I used the same email, so don't even bother lol  )

Yes I agree but bounty hunter want to know about that for the campaign manager, because of all participates will ask same questions again and again so if the campaign manager gives the information about that it's will helpful for all.
