It's already on etherdelta which is a P2P exchange, no official listing needed so technically it doesn't count. Bounties will be distributed starting november 1st, listing on real exchanges will happen ASAP, but my guess is mid november we'll get an official announcement for a binance/livecoin/liqui/HitBTC listing (one of those 3 probably)

the spreadsheet isn't available at the moment, but I do hope they'll open it back up next week so that we can be 100% sure there were no mistakes, and that every bounty participant has claimed their rewards

first week of november. It's taking quite long because there have been a lot of reports about bots, so they're being really careful. I do hope they'll release the official numbers before the distribution, I'd like to be sure they counted correctly AND that I didn't make mistakes with the claiming
